We worked with Horlando at CLD electric (and some limited encounters with Jerry). Horlando installed an outlet ~160ft from our home for a pool and completed work outlined on a home inspection report we received prior to buying our current home.It was a substantial amount of work - replacing all outlets in the kitchen, adding junction boxes in the attic for exposed splices, fixing faulty wiring and substandard work completed by previous electricians (or by the previous owner). I asked for details on every installation and how it addresses items in the inspection report, which Horlando provided. He was respectful of our request to keep a mask on indoors and was flexible about scheduling. I also believe we were given a price that was more than fair.Jerry returned my initial call to schedule the work on the same day and had Horlando out to start on the pool outlet the next day. Initially the timer for the pool outlet was faulty. When I called, Jerry offered to have it fixed that same day (we opted to wait until the day the rest of the work was scheduled). I am very satisfied by their professionalism and timeliness and will be returning for any future work we need.

Had outlets installed in the baseboards of a couple of rooms. They work fine and it passed inspection, but the way the wiring was run in the crawl space was not so good. Instead of routing the wires over the pipes and beams they took the shortest path which leaves them in the way for any future work in the crawl space. At one place the wires run around the drain pipes which will interfere with any plumbing work to be done.

As always Ideal and their staff have provided us with excellent service! I have made mistakes by using other companies, never again, it will always be Ideal for any plumbing, heating, A/C and electrical service. Thank you again!

The Technician assigned to my job called in sick that day and the other Technicians were booked. Rather than leaving me hanging and needing to make another appointment, the Owner, Douglas, came out and did the job himself. This is real customer service and a business that truly cares about its customers. I am also very pleased with the finished job and the cost.

Anthony was excellent. He called to say he was behind schedule, but wanted to assist with the service call into the early evening if that was acceptable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed and explained the situation. Carini installed the system over 5 years ago, and Ive been very happy with it and now again with this recent service. Great company for total new install job and with exceptional service as well.
