Called & spoke to a live message lady rep on Saturday, but no return call as she promised, but got text next day from owner Devren & sent pics of broken short electric cord needing replacement as he requested. No response. The next day, Monday, he responds saying min $175. + part to do, yes, for a $10. part replacement in a tiny portable bbq rotisserie motor worth $65. He refuses me meeting him at his shop or home to avoid “service call” drive & $200. charge. Very inflexible & not into small jobs. Sad. Beware

I experienced a problem with my water heater. I called Ideal and Joel was heat in 1 hour. Joel immediately diagnosed the problem and set about to resolve it.Joel made correct recommendations and arranged to return the next day within a 2 hour window with the necessary parts for my aging water heater.I received a call from Ideal 30 min prior to start of window and Joel was at my door at the start of the window.Joel was extremely kind- courteous and helpful to a person with minimal mechanical abilities.I would highly recommend Ideal Plumbing for all of your needs and I would definitely ask for Joel specifically.Dave. I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica. Chris and his employee John knocked out numerous electrical projects for us in 2.5 days! They were on time, efficient, clean work/cleaned up after each project, competent/skilled electricians and with competitive pricing. We had our a panel upgraded/serviced. He put in a new outdoor outlet and rewire 2 indoor outlets that were on overloaded circuits on to separate circuits, run wiring and install of EV car charger clear on other side of house(having to climb in our tiny attic) and installing 4 can lights in our living room and swap out a couple light switches for us that I had already purchased and had not gotten around to installing. Oh and he helped my husband get his outdoor TV mounted! We are happy customers and Overall We would highly recommend Chris/west coast electric solutions and his team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
