Laurence always responds quickly and tries to visit you that day or at the latest the next day. Moreover, he will attempt to resolve your issue over the phone, at no charge (which amazes me), if at all possible. His fees are reasonable and fair. Lastly, Laurence is a friendly and affable guy, so, for me, it's always a pleasure to see him at work at my home.
