Everyone from point loma electric and plumbing that I spoke with was polite, friendly and professional. They are easy to reach via phone. Their response time is excellent for calling me back and confirming an appointment. Mike called when he arrived at my unit. He wore covers over his shoes to protect my floors and carpet from outside debris. He was very personable and respectful. They were able to fix my fan qyickly and efficiently. They are a wonderful company. I wish all companies were so pleasant to work with.

I was changed $959 for one outlet which stopped working 6 hrs later.

I needed my breaker box updated for safety, as well as some nice to haves around the house: under cabinet LEDs, updating exterior lighting, and adding outlets above kitchen cabinets. Dennis was great to talk to and is extremely prompt and professional. He guided me through his process, detailing what products and work was needed. His work is thorough, thoughtful, and very detailed. He even cleans up when complete, something I did not expect. I will definitely call Balboa Electric the next time I need electric work done!
