I had PLEP install two ceiling fans in my home. One in the living room and one in my sons room. The quote was fast and accurate, and the person giving the quote was on time.Bit of a story: I had to have the contractor install the fans while I was at work. When I got out to the house, it turns out the fans were installed in the wrong location and one of the switches didn't work. I'm 100% sure I mixed up the fans when I left them in the location I wanted them installed, but had called them back out because of the non-working switch. Of course the contractor apologized, fixed it, and then even fixed MY mistake. Legendary service.I absolutely will do business with this company again, and will recommend it to anybody that needs an electrician.A huge thank you to the whole crew!

Mark Hegarty at Emerald Pacific Electric has been my go to electrician since we moved into the city four years ago. He has done all of our electrical work on our 1947 home and never disappointed us.John came out this time and put in recessed lighting in my office. It required installing a new electrical box because the old one was half-buried behind the door molding. John cleverly and safely covered this old, unneeded box with the remote control for the ceiling fan. John was also very careful to place the four new recessed lights so there would be no strobe effects from the ceiling fan. I couldn't be happier with the work he did and my office is cleaner after the work than it was before. Emerald Pacific Electric always do great work and they are the nicest guys. You just want them to stay for supper!They are now electrifying a clay sconce I brought home from Ireland. Cannot wait to have that installed when ready!

Premo Electric is great. I was having trouble with my ceiling fan. I spoke to several different people, including the manufacturer. None of them could solve my problem. I callled Premo, and spoke with Richard. In 5 minutes he knew exactly what the problem was, and walked me through the solution on the phone. It is a great company. I would recommend them anytime.

I called him on a Saturday Evening; not only did he take my call but talked me through the entire process, after telling him the problem I was having. I have Multiple Christmas Lights outside of the front and back patio of my home. Moisture got inside of my electrical outlet and lights would not work when I plugged them in. He told me to locate the gsf buttons inside of my house, and press the reset button. He talked me through the process over the phone, so he wouldn’t have to charge me for coming out and resetting a button. I located a reset button next to the faucet in the Master Bathroom. I pressed the reset button & all front & back patio lights came on. I was so happy! I found Trevor Heck to be extremely Patient, Honest, & Professional. He exhibited the Highest Level Of Integrity. Chris and his employee John knocked out numerous electrical projects for us in 2.5 days! They were on time, efficient, clean work/cleaned up after each project, competent/skilled electricians and with competitive pricing. We had our a panel upgraded/serviced. He put in a new outdoor outlet and rewire 2 indoor outlets that were on overloaded circuits on to separate circuits, run wiring and install of EV car charger clear on other side of house(having to climb in our tiny attic) and installing 4 can lights in our living room and swap out a couple light switches for us that I had already purchased and had not gotten around to installing. Had 7 different estimates for solar and Cesar Roldan of Pacific View Electric was the lowest cost for a tier 1 system.. The LG 350 kw panels with Enphase micro inverters wascleanly installed and everything went well as promised. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a solar system

Owner Dan and his entire crew are very unhelpful. They fail to properly assess the needs of the client and to give expert advice on what it takes to address the business' needs. They are unhelpful, hostile and rude to the client. They are aggressive and derogatory in their dealings with the customer even though we have given them repeat business. They push for getting paid before they make sure their job is properly installed, tested and functional. I urge you strongly to look for your interest and think twice about hiring them and get yourself into a lot of aggravation and poor service as I have done.
