Had some electrical issues at our home that after 2 companies came out to try and fix, but couldn't figure out the problems (flickering lights, wall outlet issues and wires that were crossed causing other electrical issues). I hired this company to upgrade my main circuit breaker panel coming into the house. The electrician replaced my old panel, but left a hole in my exterior wall because the new panel did not completely cover the old hole where the old panel was. He sealed around the panel with a sealant, but what good is that when there is over 12 inches completely exposed with a gap about an inch wide into my wall. To make matters worse, he installed a grounding rod in my cement in the back of my house about 10 feet from the panel in a walkway where someone could trip on the stake and potentially get hurt. In doing so, he broke a wire which was part of an electronic dog fence, which prevents my dog from escaping the back yard. I would not have been angry about this if he had simply told me so that the stake could be relocated. Instead, he heard the alarm which activated to alert me that the line had a break, and went in my garage and unplugged the main device to silence the alarm and did not tell me about it at all. I only discovered this after finding my dog running around the neighborhood and troubleshooting my electronic fence system. When I found it and plugged in back in, the loud alarm sounded and I was able to deduce what had occurred. When I called the company to complain and request that they relocate the grounding stake, they only dodged my request and told me that they had to have the technician contact me, which he never did.I will never do business with this company again. It is not just the one technician who failed to show any concern for my interests, but the customer service, who blew off my complaints and repeatedly told me they could not do anything but contact the technician. These people will just take your money and not stand behind their product.

Zapp did great work. On time. Kind. Professional. And well priced. Had a ceiling fan and track light installed in my two story home where no crawl space was available. They were able to knock this job out and it looks great.

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica. Customer service doesn't get any better than this!

Went searching for a commercial electrician in San Diego this last week cuz my building had some several upgrades needed for the LED lighting and just needed some quality qualified licensed electrical contractors to come out and make sure that all of our lighting was installed correctly and then if we needed new lights for energy-saving purposes that we can get those all put in and taking care of it all with quality electricians. 619 best electricians contractors Diego came over to our warehouse and inspected all of the lighting and different circuit breakers for the electrical distribution to make sure they are all working correctly. I called Electrical Solutions after finding them through Google and was greeted quickly and professionally by Ramona Nuss, one of the owners. She scheduled an appointment for me promptly and when Steven Nuss came out, he listened to my issues with concern and consideration and then got right to work upgrading my electrical panel to accommodate my appliances and worked with us to put in a 220 volt outlet for our pool outside our home. We appreciated their giving us a military discount as they are military parents and their quality in service regarding work and scheduling.
