Contacted this guy to replace some solar panels, and he came over to my house, quoted me a price and said he'd be starting work the next week. That was 3 weeks ago. This dude Just straight up ghosted me. I've been calling him texting him for the past 3 weeks and nothing!

I hired Ruva electric to rewire my kitchen during a kitchen remodel. Luiz worked with me not only on timing his work to straddle the remodelers, but patiently worked with me as I changed my mind about lighting configuration, switches and outlets. He showed up on time, called if he was late and apologized when he needed to cancel. On his off day, he came to my home after the remodel cabinets didn’t line up with the outlets he put in, so he rushed over to move them over a foot. I particularly liked his creativity in helping me with incomplete ideas while the remodel was ongoing. In the end, he did excellent work, it looks great... and he is a really nice guy!

I used Ruva Electric to install some 3-way switches for occupancy lighting in some hallways and entryways of my home. I found the install difficult on my own. I used Luis from Ruva Electric and I found this gentleman to be very professional and true to his estimate on time and materials. I went through an agency called Networx, more than 3 companies were given my contact info and out of the 3 companies, Ruva Electric was the one that stood out because of their upfront costs, knowledge in the type of work I needed, and because they were neve Pushy. Luis @ Ruva Electeic went above and beyond helping me move furniture, did some adjustments on the fly and the cleanliness was impeccable. I will be hiring Ruva electric in a few weeks for some chandeliers and ceiling fans I need installed. Terrible service. Non responsive. Luis visited my home for a solar repair. Luis confirmed there was a section of solar panels that were disconnected and quoted time/labor for the repair. Luis also suggested that I replace my entire solar system (10 years old) instead of fixing the cable. I decided to do the smaller repair. Once I decided I wasn’t interested in a new system Luis simply disappeared. No response to repeated texts, phone calls, etc. Ruva claims to be a solar repair service but they are only interested in selling you on a new system. Avoid this company. They will likely try to convince you that your system needs to be replaced at a big $$$ instead of making a low $ easy fix. When I find a reputable repair company I will provide their contact information. Ruva is a complete waste of time.

I made an appointment on a Friday and they never showed up. I called them later and they apologized and rescheduled for Monday between 12 and 1. I took time off of work and waited for their arrival. They never arrived and also did not respond to my text. Thanks for nothing.
