Since we expect to do some updating over the next few years, we engaged several companies to come take a look, knowing we'd need to upgrade our panel. Walking the property, in and out, in full face masks, I knew Masella Electric was the one. We talked about all the projects we were considering, related to electrical, and had some special needs to consider. Aaron walked us through prioritizing everything and after deciding what to tackle first, he still came out in the same ballpark as everyone else, BUT included so much more work, including helping us hang our new ceiling fans all over the house. Ken is AMAZING! We had an emergency where the power was acting erratic and breakers were tripping, and our tenant was afraid they were going to lose all the product in the freezers. We called a number of electricians and none of them were concerned about the urgency of the problem. I finally found Ken and even though he was done for the evening and in the middle of dinner, he came right over. I was especially happy to find that when he got here he was one of the most knowledgeable and professional electricians I have ever worked with. He was able to diagnose the problem, find the cause and then he took the time to explain it all to me and show me what was happening. It is a rare thing to find someone who cares this much about the client and wants to make sure they are safe and everything is taken care of. We were very lucky to have found him, he now has my business for life!

Chris and his employee John knocked out numerous electrical projects for us in 2.5 days! They were on time, efficient, clean work/cleaned up after each project, competent/skilled electricians and with competitive pricing. We had our a panel upgraded/serviced. He put in a new outdoor outlet and rewire 2 indoor outlets that were on overloaded circuits on to separate circuits, run wiring and install of EV car charger clear on other side of house(having to climb in our tiny attic) and installing 4 can lights in our living room and swap out a couple light switches for us that I had already purchased and had not gotten around to installing. They provided an amazing service with professional and experienced suggestions. I came in with an idea and they helped me fill in the blanks as they identified pitfalls and solutions to the issues I had. The amazing work and attention to detail was greatly appreciated as they wore masks and booties at the height of the pandemic and still provided great customer service as they gave me a 30 minute warning prior to arrival as I asked. The system has been very reliable ever since the set up. They routed the wires in a very impressive way that did very minimal damage to the walls which was repaired by my repair man (they do not offer this service).
