They were in and out in about 1 hour and they made sure the equipment was properly registered with the manufacturer.Above and beyond the good work, they were super cool. Very much appreciate them and will look them up for future work.Update 01/08/2022:Had another inverter go out. I had called Trevor before the holidays and he proactively followed back up.Came over on a Saturday to switch out my faulty unit. In and out. Very fast, friendly, and super instructive. I continue to be impressed.

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. Ken is AMAZING! We had an emergency where the power was acting erratic and breakers were tripping, and our tenant was afraid they were going to lose all the product in the freezers. We called a number of electricians and none of them were concerned about the urgency of the problem. I finally found Ken and even though he was done for the evening and in the middle of dinner, he came right over. I was especially happy to find that when he got here he was one of the most knowledgeable and professional electricians I have ever worked with. He was able to diagnose the problem, find the cause and then he took the time to explain it all to me and show me what was happening. It is a rare thing to find someone who cares this much about the client and wants to make sure they are safe and everything is taken care of. We were very lucky to have found him, he now has my business for life!

The system has been very reliable ever since the set up. They routed the wires in a very impressive way that did very minimal damage to the walls which was repaired by my repair man (they do not offer this service). The best electrician I've ever used. The team is honest, competent and friendly. They fixed things other electricians couldn't, including installing a light switch for my entry hall light in the upstairs hallway so I don't have to go down the stairs to turn the light off. I was told by 2 electrictricians this was impossible. Rick from D&N installed the wire and the swirch in just a few hours. I was thrilled! I highly recommend this company .

Nothing but good things to say about Gforce. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, very honest, and made quick work of our issue. He careful looked at our breaker box, the problem breaker, went through each switch that might have been the source of our electrical failure. In the end, our electrical outage and flickering are gone and we could not be any more appreciative to him.

I’ve lived in a condo for over six years where I inherited an old chandelier that never worked.
