I was having electrical issues, Zed came out and fixed my problem the same day and rectified the problem. Staff was quick, responsive, and respectful. Answers my questions and I was at ease. Technician was Rob.

Called up Lawrence when I was doing some DIY and happened to blow out the power to my garage. He came over within a half hour of taking my call and I had to show him my handiwork. Had a nice piece of humble pie. He fixed my mess, told me exactly what I did wrong and what actually caused the outage. After fixing the issue he gave me a few pro tips so I can replace the rest of my outlets without having the same issue again. Even offered to take any followup questions I may have over the phone. Definitely would hire them again and probably will when I blow up the next thing.

Had a GFCI outlet short and burn in my kitchen and wanted to have a pro handle it to make sure there weren't any other issues. Chris was able to squeeze me in that day, arrived within a very reasonable time window, and did the work for a good price (cheaper than the first place I called). I'll definitely call Emerald Pacific again for electrical work.

So last week I reached out to BSD on Facebook because I was in need of an electrician to come to my home to fix the lights in my kitchen and thank God I did I got in to contact with Dawson Electric not only were they quick but they was also affordable I will definitely be using them in the near future

Lee hard wired 11 Smoke / Carbon Monoxide Detectors as per my plans from Fire Marshal. Lee ran all the wires, made all the holes, installed all the mounts, wired all the Detectors Tested everything worked correctly the first time! He also did all the Ceiling patched all the holes and painted looks like it never happened. I forgot to mentioned the he sweeper and Moped every area he worked on. Another thing! Lee even called the Fire Marshal and asked him what was the correct way of contacting the wires.Lee you did some Amazing work (Thank You! ) Trustworthy, Great Attitude, worked to finish my job as soon as Possible. I can go on for a couple more pages. SUPER HAPPY?

Abraham came to install a ceiling lamp for me but it turns out that I need to replace the transformer in the unit. Instead while he was here, he converted one of my light switches into a dimmer. Will call them back to install te ceiling lamp. Thanks.

Used Robs a year ago and he sent out two guys that were great, got the jobs done in good time at fair cost… so we went to Robs again a few weeks ago. This time Rob himself was on the job (he claims) - but never showed up and didn’t respond to calls or texts. We gave him the benefit of the doubt… two weeks later we rescheduled and he never showed again. Absolutely ghosted us. Never responded other than an emoji of “???”. Not sure what to make of that -political or unprofessional - but suffice it to say reliability is not there. After seeing other reviews it appears he has a pattern of doing this to a specific set of clients (search through them you’ll see what I mean). Very disappointing. Concerned that work done by his team “under warranty” is anything but legit and wont be covered if an issue emerges. Look elsewhere if you want work done without a hassle.

Saved the day as we have company in town that overloaded the breaker and shorted a wire. Got us up an running and have some great info on some next steps to upgrade our panel.
