I’ve had the pleasure of working with Robert. Him and the rest of the Point Loma Electric and Plumbing staff have been phenomenal!!We’re replacing pipes and water heaters, we’re taking a 30 year old house and updating the plumbing and electric.1) The staff is on top of it. From the techs to the office staff, I have had nothing but excellent service. When I requested a quote, they responded immediately. As I was doing research of other plumbing companies just to see the different estimates...it was over a week since the others replied...YEAH.Based off their communication and prices, I had to go with PL.2) They are extremely respectful and will help you understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it so you’re informed. Robert has done an excellent job of teaching me what’s going on in the house and why certain things need to be replaced and why other things don’t need to. He’s reliable and goes above and beyond. His hard work shows and I feel comfortable having him work throughout the entire house.3) The techs. Currently my family is going through a difficult time while we’re also gutting the house. While running an errand, I didn’t make it back in time after their lunch which delayed them and meant they couldn’t finish up. Instead of leaving me without water for the weekend or charging me for having to stay longer. The techs stayed and were able to make sure we had water. I have NEVER come across a company whether that be here in CA, OR or HI that has cared this much about completing the job properly and making sure their clients are treated with such care.THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!!! I look forward to doing more work with you guys in the very near future :)

Excellent from start to finish

Laurence Kohb is the finest electrician whom I've ever engaged for electrical services. He seemingly magically hones in on the electrical problem area immediately and quickly resolves the issue. Laurence always responds quickly and tries to visit you that day or at the latest the next day. Moreover, he will attempt to resolve your issue over the phone, at no charge (which amazes me), if at all possible. His fees are reasonable and fair. Lastly, Laurence is a friendly and affable guy, so, for me, it's always a pleasure to see him at work at my home. I hold him in high esteem and, of course, surely recommend him for any business or residential electrical needs. David

We had an electrical issue on Sunday morning - doesn't it always seem to happen that way. I found an ad for Rob's Electrical Service in the Jamul Shopper. Rob answered immediately and was able to come to our home in Steele Canyon within the hour. Rob is knowledgeable, experienced and very personable. We were so grateful. Job-well-done!

Did not mention the 90 dollar diagnostic fee over the phone. Made it seem like there would only be 75 if they give you a bid but it’s 75+90. Electrician seemed knowledgeable and was respectful.

Called & spoke to a live message lady rep on Saturday, but no return call as she promised, but got text next day from owner Devren & sent pics of broken short electric cord needing replacement as he requested. No response. The next day, Monday, he responds saying min $175. + part to do, yes, for a $10. part replacement in a tiny portable bbq rotisserie motor worth $65. He refuses me meeting him at his shop or home to avoid “service call” drive & $200. charge. Very inflexible & not into small jobs. Sad. Beware

The electricians at Service Rite Electric did a GREAT job in replacing the back security lights where I live in San Diego.I originally found them online, called and agreed to have them look the next day after hearing what needed to be done. Paul, their electrician came that next morning. He was friendly, knew what he was talking about and did not take much of my time. I received a quote by e-mail the next day with pictures. I liked it, sent it to the owner and got approval to schedule. They came out that weekend and completed the install.The difference was amazing. The residents parking their cars at night are extremely pleased that the area is much much brighter (attached are before at top after at bottom pics of the area).In the near future, I will have them install lights in the front of the property.
