Best Ceiling Fan Installation in San Diego CA

This was the first time I hired Point Loma Electric to come problem solve and run some new wires and circuits at my house. They did arrive within the two hour window as they said they would, actually only 15-20 minutes into that time window .They came prepared to do the job. The electrician David M, has 15+ years with the company . David is an excellent electrician , I showed him the problem and he gave me choices as to how the problem could be solved .We came to an agreement and he quickly went to work . Very clever man for having never been to my residence quickly figured out the circuits in the sub panel and knew what needed to be done to solve the problem.I am sure older houses like mine built in the early 1940's can be a challenge, no fun crawling under the house in the dirt or going into the attic where the temperature was probably 100+. I am very careful who I hire to come over to work at my house. Point Loma Electric has been around for about 30 years . Their electrician was very professional , the quality of work was to code and outstanding but more important , I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THEM AGAIN OR TO REFER THEM TO NEIGHBORS OR FRIENDS. If you do not understand electric and do not know how to do professional electrical repairs yourself , I think it is important to hire electricians from a company you can trust. Mark Hegarty at Emerald Pacific Electric has been my go to electrician since we moved into the city four years ago. He has done all of our electrical work on our 1947 home and never disappointed us.John came out this time and put in recessed lighting in my office. It required installing a new electrical box because the old one was half-buried behind the door molding. John cleverly and safely covered this old, unneeded box with the remote control for the ceiling fan. John was also very careful to place the four new recessed lights so there would be no strobe effects from the ceiling fan. I couldn't be happier with the work he did and my office is cleaner after the work than it was before. Emerald Pacific Electric always do great work and they are the nicest guys. You just want them to stay for supper!They are now electrifying a clay sconce I brought home from Ireland. Cannot wait to have that installed when ready!

Did not mention the 90 dollar diagnostic fee over the phone. Made it seem like there would only be 75 if they give you a bid but it’s 75+90. Electrician seemed knowledgeable and was respectful.

I had AC DC Electric do all my electrical work. Both in a rental unit in Rancho Bernardo and in my house. I have been please with the work He has provided. Mehran is fast and technically very proficient. He quickly knows what needs to be done. The house was 20 years old and he knew the dishwasher was no longer hook up to code. He brought the house up to current electrical code. He quickly knew the preventative work that was needed. He explained everything and then worked quickly. It is important to not cut corner with Electrical work. My tenants are very happy and feel safe in the house.I would recommend Mehran for all you electrical needs. Both residential and commercial.

This project involved remodeling a 2 BR unit. Old dark fixtures were replaced with bright recessed lights . Bedroom switches connected to actual lights instead of just an outlet. E.L. did an excellent job, as usual, at a reasonable price. They are my go to guys for all our electrical needs. Go ahead and give them a call, you will be glad you did..

I'm not sure how this company is rated at 4.3. I'm really disappointed. They wanted to come early so I adjusted my schedule to allow for it. The contractor was rude to start and clueless. He didn't offer to wear a mask or even ask. Ring the doorbell and hard bangs on my door, walked straight in with no mask, dirty shoes, and unprofessional. Then the quote for installing recessed ceiling lights was significantly more than other quotes I received. Thirdly they were going to open walls and wanted me to hire someone else to patch the drywall which would mean I need to repaint for a small project. He didn't even look assess the job and look at the switches or try to find out where the wires are. It was a blind ballpark quote which could of been done over the phone. Wasted my time. Glad I didn't hire them. Be careful with this company and ask more about the project details.
