We were installing a Hot Tub in our Deck and needed electrical work done to feed power to the tub. We had five different electricians come out for bids. The prices varied by over a thousand dollars from one company to the other. We went with Wired Generations Electrical Contractors mainly because of their 5 star rating and we were not disappointed. Their bid was seven hundred dollars lower then the highest bidder and even after I requested copper wire throughout the whole project when the other companies were going to use Aluminum wiring.They did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable and very Professional and all done to code. He explained to us what he saw and what it meant. He took pictures of the both panel and told us that he would send us an email on what he found out which we received the same day, We sent it out to our insurance and you know what's the good thing about that? The pictures that he took, it has description on it so that the insurance would understand what it was and what it meant.After a few days, our claim got approved by the insurance. We called Firefly Electric, my husband talked to the owner Sal who is very kind and got the job scheduled.The scheduled day came where we had Joshua and Brandon, They installed what we got which is the Platinum Panel Package with 9 dual function breaker. Joshua did the outdoor panel while Brandon did the indoor panel and I would say what a superb teamwork! Remember teamwork makes the dream work! While they were doing the work I was chitchatting with them and they were really friendly yet professional.We had some issues with our homeowners insurance but we got rest assured that they are gonna help us with it which is definitely going above and beyond! Matthew came this morning to add a pipe to my electrical system and be here when the CPS inspector arrived. Matthew explained to me what he added and where it was added.He left his work areas cleaner than when he arrived. He locked my gate for me. He is very through and polite and it didn't take him a long time. I appreciate his expertise and his courtesy very much. The next time I need electrical work done, these techs at Mister Sparks will be the first ones I'll ask for to do my home repairs.Joseph Davila came to my house in the freezing cold to do a follow-up inspection of electrical panel work done earlier. The CPS will come to check Mister Sparky’s work and replace a missing wire. Joseph recognized something the city needs to do with my electrical system. I appreciate his great attention to detail and follow through. Good job!

LP3 crew (Cory and Pete) did an awesome job of fixing my doorbell transformer and wiring. They were very professional and took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be fix. I am so greatfull I called LP3 and will definitely be calling them for further projects I have in my home.

Mr Ford charged my wife almost three hundred dollars to look at my hot tub BUT NOT ONLY did he not check hot tub, but he informed my wife we needed new circuits in our breaker and disassembled an outside electrical box! He disassembled it leaving wires hanging out! He told her he would be back in 2 days for an additional $800!! I was furious when I returned home to find out I was out 300.00 and my hot tub was never even looked at! It turns out it only needed a power cord which cost $75 to fix! I contacted him by email looking for a refund for the troubleshooting WHICH WAS NOT DONE and he sent me an email telling me to better communicate with my wife!! DO NOT USE THIS MAN NOR HIS COMPANY HE IS A CONARTIST AND I ALSO REPORTED HIM TO BBB!

I bought a new house that had no vanity lighting or power boxes in the bathrooms. Considered wiring myself but figured I would call for a quote. Owner came by day after on time as agreed and gave a very fair price for wiring 2 power boxes above the bathroom mirrors. He finished the job in good time, everything worked great and no mess was left behind. Will use this company again for any future electrical needs and highly recommend.

I would like to say Thank You to Gabriel for coming out to check on our AC on such short notice! He is a very honest person that I can trust inside our home. I liked that he wasn't rushing through the AC maintenance process and even made time to explain the process as he went. He also didn't make me feel like I was a bother to him after asking him so many electrical and AC questions.
