I came across this company on nextdoor app. I called for an estimate and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Isiah and Matt showed up to my house, gave me some options and quickly went to work. These guys were very professional, informative and respectful. I needed a floodlight installed where I didn’t have any power close by and these guys made it happen. I highly recommend calling this company for any electrical services. I will definitely use them in the future.

The electrician that came to my house was very nice, but my experience wasn’t that good. I called and they said they would come out, give me a quote to install the fan and do the work same day, that was a lie. They didn’t have a ladder tall enough on the truck to do the work, I told them I had tall ceilings before they came out. The electrician said he would come back the next day with a helper and do the job, I was fine with that. He came back the next day with NO helper. He told me that his helper was sent to a more important job. This was a two person job, no way he could handle it by himself. I had to help him get the ladder out of the truck and helped him during the install. Long story short, I had to help him install my wobbly, noisy fan. Yes, the fan wasn’t installed that good. I thought I hired a professional to do the job, I guess I was wrong. Don’t waist your time with this company, pick another bad company to do your work.

I haven’t even met the man behind the phone and he has a customer for life out of me. A bad storm triggered the Jurassic alarm system in our new home, which we 1. Didn’t know was active and 2. Had no code for. He quickly walked us through disabling the system over the phone (it was too dangerous for him to reach us). 11/10 customer service and now I’m going back to sleep!

People, if ever you need electrical work repair done, call this company for Mark. Mark came on time to replace a fixture above our washer n dryer and in 20 minutes he was done. He did a great job, was careful with our belongings, cleaned up after himself and disposed of all the trash afterwards. We will definitely use them again.

This company was referred to me through my insurance company. They came out did their assessment and stated they could fix my A/C problem. After being given the estimate my insurance company agreed. Blackbelt started its repairs then a few days later stated it would be 20,000 and stated I needed a whole new ac unit. Why was this not realized when doing the assessment and writing up the estimate? Why even start work on an AC unit that they claimed could not hold enough power. My insurance company and I did not agree and another company came out all that was needed was a new refrigerant line and more Freon. They also stole my thermostat that was worth over 100 dollars and replaced it with a very cheap model. I asked it be returned and Gabriel stated it would but never was.Mr.Gabriel I have all the documentation to back up my review. I am not a spammer nor competitor.
