Job was scheduled easily. Service rep showed up on time. A fairly simple job, but it was done quickly.

I will never use another electrical company again. From start to finish this was bye far the best experience I have ever had with a home improvement project. This company has what most companies lack .... INTEGRITY .Sal stands by his word. You dont find that to often today. His word is his Bond.

The men were very respectful and efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have any other problems.

Hired them to run Ethernet cable throughout the house to include outside for security cameras. The ones ran outside were not put into faceplates, the cable was left hanging, and the holes that were drilled for the cable was not sealed. There is one cable that was ran and terminated on one end, but was not terminated on the other end. But all the cable that was ran inside the house was ran really well and are all working. The employees were very professional, nice, and cleaned up very well after themselvesUPDATE: After writing a review, Hunter Electrical was very quick to contact me and schedule a fix. Everything is great now and I would highly recommend their services. Juan was the main person on site and he did a great job!

Jason had me at, Your problem is not $1,000. It's $100. What I expected to be a major electrician issue wasn't major at all. He was honest and didn't take advantage of the situation. I am pleased to now say, I have an electrician. Not a shady one time get rich off one job electrician either. Jason is the real deal and has my business 100% and will get referrals from me. Prompt, professional, honest, knowledgable and absolutely reasonable. If you don't have an electrician, I highly recommend Jason. If you have an electrician, I highly recommend Jason. Extremely satisfied.

I was referred to this company through my home warranty. The entire experience was horrific. I had to call numerous times, across several days, to even get scheduled for an appointment because he was too busy or didn't have his calendar available, and then he forgot to call me back. Once I finally did get something set up (5 days after I reported the issue to the home warranty company), he was a no call/no show for my appointment. I called and texted NUMEROUS times with no answer. So here we are on day 9 of no lights in my main living areas. This company is extremely unprofessional. RUN AWAY!

We were referred to Specia Plumbing through a family member who vouched for them. Big mistake.Scope of work:Re-connect gas line to stoveDisconnect and re-connect kitchen sinkDisconnect and re-connect 3 bathroom sinksDisconnect and re-connect 1 bathroom sink (not included in original quote)He gave me a verbal quote for $150 (not including 1 bathroom sink, which we added later). The first trip they did nothing, just walked around looking at what needed to be done, even though I told the owner exactly what it was. The second trip, they worked a while and left something loose which caused a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Fortunately we heard the water dripping before we went to bed and shut off the water supply to that bathroom. So they had to come out a third time to fix that and finish the other tasks.He sends me a bill for almost $1400. I ask why it's so much, and he seriously tried to explain it to me as if I was getting a deal. He says: Oh, that's for ALL of the labor, not just one item.... It was also at this point that he tells me their normal hourly fee is $168/hr, which he had NEVER mentioned before. They also had $170 worth of parts on the bill ON TOP OF $40 worth of parts that I paid for out of pocket at Home Depot. Again, they never said there was $170 worth of parts needed (and yes, I did ask because I was going to home depot and I knew they'd overcharge me, so I asked if they needed me to get anything and they said no). Says he'll look at it and call me back. I think the first time we 'negotiated' the price, he knocked off like $200. After another week and getting the person who referred us to Specia Plumbing involved, he dropped it to $600 (better, but nowhere near what he quoted us). He finally dropped it to 4 hours worth of labor, minus the cost of parts ($400 something dollars). We were tired of arguing and accepted, but I promised myself I wouldn't stay quiet, and I ABSOLUTELY will not refer anyone to them in the future.

Back in November 2020, he missed the first appointment. He apologized and said I would get a discount. Tried to book another appointment and he wasn’t on time. Booked a third appointment and he finally showed up but didn’t call to let me know he was on his way. But anyway, he looked at my house and said he would send a quote thru email in a few hours. I didn’t get the quote for 3 days!! And I had to text him twice for it. After he sent the quote thru text and not email, he didn’t even try to ask “does this work for you? When would you like to start?” Didn’t even tell me if it included the discount. He was not interested in my business I guess. I thought businesses wanted to make money?
