In mid 2018 we hired Switch Electric for a full re-wire on my parents home. They were punctual and very professional. The job was completed on schedule and it far exceeded my expectations. Fast forwarding to the present, one of the breakers started to act up causing my parents to loose power. I contacted Brandon and he answered on the first try, he was very attentive when I explained what was happening. He went to my parents house right away and fixed the issue free of charge, making good on his warranty for his original work. I've had 4 separate occasions where install people showed up and no one from Greenstar contacted me. Today I called to let them know CPS had been here and the call goes to voice mail. Installers left long piece of metal trim on the ground on the side of my house. I'm hoping there is no damage to my roof because install sounded like a tornado tearing up the house. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing which is something I usually do. So this costly mistake is on me, should've done my due diligence.
