Leonard was a lifesaver! He responded quickly to my call and was able to install a 240 volt plug for my dryer in my new home within a couple of days so I could start doing laundry!!!! In mid 2018 we hired Switch Electric for a full re-wire on my parents home. They were punctual and very professional. The job was completed on schedule and it far exceeded my expectations. Fast forwarding to the present, one of the breakers started to act up causing my parents to loose power. I contacted Brandon and he answered on the first try, he was very attentive when I explained what was happening. He went to my parents house right away and fixed the issue free of charge, making good on his warranty for his original work. I will most definitely recommend Switch Electric to anyone who is looking for a good and honest electrician.

Recently, my in-laws had a fire at their house (NOT worked on by Tim), most likely due to an electrical issue. That experience made my wife and I so thankful for when Tim and his crew were at our home a while back. He quickly found major fire hazards within our electrical panel and made it the priority to fix it first before going on to other electrical issues we were having. It very well may have ended up being a life-saving job! Thank you so much!

I can't recommend Big Red Electric enough. I was having electrical issues and smelling something burning and eventually lost power to all plugs in our office bedroom. Robert was able to come out the next day after I had called him. He was able to locate the problem which turned out to be a loose wire in a outlet plug behind our bookshelf. It had been causing a slow electrical burn and eventually causing loss of power to that room. That was repaired and the breaker switch that failed was also repaired in the garage. Robert also fixed the wiring and wobbly fan in the room next to our office that was also flickering due to loss of power on that same circuit. My house literally could have caught on fire from the wire burning inside the wall and the failed breaker. As a mother with 3 small children I am so grateful our electrical issues were fixed and in a timely manner. I grew up with an electrician in the house and Robert surppased my expectations . He was very professional and also great with communicating his ETA and what was the issue with our electrical problem and how he would be fixing it.Thank you Big Red Electric for literally saving our lives and our home.P.S. My 3 kids are so excited the computer is working in the office again so they can get back to video chat with thier dad who has been stationed in another state the past year!!

We used this company for solar panels. Salesperson was Jaime Ruiz. Supposedly lives in my neighborhood. We financed $95,000 of solar panels, electric work and a Generac generator. Part of the sales pitch was he would pay 6 months loan payments and we would get the IRS rebate. We were installed in October and have been asking for the loan payments since at least December and have yet to be reimbursed. Two weekends in a row we were told he (Jaime Ruiz) would be by with payment and he has no showed two weekends in a row. We have also texted the owner, Eric, who has been unresponsive. Super unprofessional. Super deceptive business practices. Next stop BBB. Do yourself a favor and find a more honest and reliable company.
