The gentlemen sent out arrived on time and were extremely professional, friendly, and explained everything they were doing. Cecil was fantastic very pleasant too work with. He went to work on the ac unit and found the problem and showed me the what was causing the water leak and fixed it. I called Seth at 12:30 on a Friday and explained what had happened and I received a call back telling me that the technician will be here between 2-5pm today. David called and asked if he could arrive early. We met at the house. He completed a difficult diagnosis on a misbehaving 3-way light circuit (bad wiring buried in the wall). He ran new wiring and corrected code issues (power run on undersized neutral!) and installed a new two switch set-up that allowed separate control of our inside garage and outside lights. Recommended replacement of two light fixtures in the garage (we didn’t bite on that deal despite the attractive price). Work was completed in a professional manner and he cleaned up the dust and work debris when he was finished. Professional, friendly and efficient service for a reasonable price. Based on David’s work, we will use again if the need arises.

I have rennovated an older home over the last two years. Good has been my go to contractor for replacing a dated FPE panel (mandated by insurance) and relocating boxes for ceiling lighting. Work has always been done within 1 week of request. Service was always good, as was the price. The guy I worked with was Terry, he's THE MAN, and was always very mindful of location, hanging methods and how much drywall had to be removed to limit our refinishing work, he did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, how he was doing it and why. Plus he's funny which makes him fun to have around.

Mickel Handymam Services came out and fixed a problem on our roof where animals kept getting in. They were quick and did an awesome job. Plus they even did some extra touches like trimming the trees back off the roof at no extra charge. Friendly, honest, reliable work. Can’t beat it and we’ll definitely be using him again for our future needs.
