After calling a prior electrical company several times with no response I called Bolt Electric and I had them at my house within 2 days. Great customer service and promptness. They were very polite knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We will be calling them again.

Citywide Electric is one of the only electric companies I could find that provides free estimates. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were flexible with my availability. My technician, Daniel, was on time and professional. Although my particular electrical situation required no further work, Daniel spent time explaining everything to me in detail which I greatly appreciate. Whenever another electrical need arises, Citywide Electric will be the first company I reach out to.

I’ve used FIREFLY ELECTRIC services before for other concerns and again today and have always been pleased with their professionalism, their expertise of their technicians and their thorough explanations and recommendations. Phillip and Andrew are both genuine and willing to take whatever time needed to explain everything and to do the work properly.

We had then come out to quote a replacement of bathroom fans. Very professional and gave us several different options.

I read a post a little ways down that I have to agree with. Firstly, let me give credit where credit is due. These folks are super nice. Their Dispatcher/Scheduler is proactive and super friendly. The Electrician who arrived did so on time as promised. He was also super friendly and sounded like he knows his business. I have zero complaints on their customer service! He came in and diagnosed my problem. My issue is that I have intermittent issues with my bathroom florescent light. So this is where I go to the three stars. Just as described, they do up front fee schedules. $328 to fix my light fixture ballast (or some such)! I know that I'm mostly just lazy but I'm also cheap. But that seems outrageous! If it took 20 seconds to fix the problem, he was going to charge me the same thing. I have a guy who can do it for less than half of that cost and do it in 15 minutes! But, he's not a licensed electrician just an interior design/build-out guy who is booked out weeks in advance. So, I might just have to go with candle lighting until he's available. So, is 3 stars fair? Well, they did charge me $20 for the truck roll. That was annoying. Had they told me their fee schedule up front, I would have said no to begin with. I think they deserve all the praise they get. I'm sure their work is top notch... but their pricing schedule is too rigid and pricey for my liking.

Absolutely professional service! Leonard took my telephone call, offered me a time frame, communicated with me all along the way and completed the necessary work in a timely manner. I will gladly recommend this company and him for future electrical needs.

Punctuality is not their strong suit. Made an appointment twice to get an estimate. First appointment they were no shows. Second appointment they called 30 minutes after to say they were 45 minutes away. Please do not set a time with customers if you aren't going to do them the courtesy of showing up on time. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

We had an electrical problem in our kitchen ,called them for help and their mechanic came on time . He fixed up the issue quickly. Would definitely call them again!
