I wanted to thank you for replacing fixtures in my bathroom. Two chandeliers and two lighted mirrors. You were apologetic of the time frame of the installation of the project. It wasn't your fault that we couldn't get products shipped in that weren't broken. The light fixtures I had you to install were a little complicating and very fragile. We both I thought were patient with each other. I got the spa like bathroom, which I wanted you to help me create, and I am very happy with the job. I will use the company again for lighting projects

Excellent Service, best pricing for diagnostic, and extremely honest and professional. I live in a home that is just over 10 years old. Had A/C work done and two days later a sector of the power went out in my home. After calling a half dozen companies, they all had rates well over $100 dollars just to diagnose my issue. When I called Bell, I got the answering machine and the last words I heard was to the effect of God Bless America... Nevertheless, I knew then, for me, this would be the company I would go with. Within about 15 minutes, the owner of the company called me back and told me based on what I described, it may be about an hours work, gave me a ball park rate and said they will not know for sure until they come out. Nonetheless, I would know my cost pretty much up front at that point. He also said that weekdays rates were the best as this was a Friday evening. Nevertheless, instead of getting off the phone, he proceeded to have me check a series of things over about 5-7 minutes and said he was trying to save me some money. Within 10-12 min. of talking with him, my power was back on and fully functional. They could have come out and charged me who knows what to do what he walked me through for free. In today's society, it is refreshing to get this type of honesty, fairness, care, concern and service! Bell Electric will be my first and only call from now on, if I ever have any electrical issues! Mr. Josh Harris did an exceptionally great at repairing our outdoor outlets. Mr. Harris made it out too our house faster than expected and was very professional and communicated with us very well. He quickly identified the problem and was very transparent and honest throughout the whole appointment. I highly recommend him and Mister Sparky for any future electrical issues.

5G Electric is a very professional and polite electrical company. They answered all my questions and educated me about the project. I would highly recommend 5G to anyone who wants quality and honest work done in their place of home or business.

Punctuality is not their strong suit. Made an appointment twice to get an estimate. First appointment they were no shows. Second appointment they called 30 minutes after to say they were 45 minutes away. Please do not set a time with customers if you aren't going to do them the courtesy of showing up on time. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Switch Electric is amazing! Brandon has done several projects at our house including installing new panels, new recessed lighting, and adding/moving around some outlets and light switches in the bathroom. He has been responsive, punctual, and professional every time we've used him. After talking to a few options when we were beginning to renovate, we decided to go with Switch Electric and I 100% would go with them again!
