I had a house inspector tell me that I needed to replace a couple GFCI outlets in my kitchen. I called sunbelt to make the replacements, and after a quick discussion, we discovered that the one GFCI outlet I had on the kitchen counter was in the same line as the other outlets...and didnt need to be replaced. Sunbelt could have just arrived and charged the service charge and did little work, but they were professional and very knowledgeable, saving me the expense of a needless repair. I can certainly trust these people to do the right thing. I will always call Sunbelt with any electrical issue I have.

I came across this company on nextdoor app. I called for an estimate and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Isiah and Matt showed up to my house, gave me some options and quickly went to work. Mr Ford charged my wife almost three hundred dollars to look at my hot tub BUT NOT ONLY did he not check hot tub, but he informed my wife we needed new circuits in our breaker and disassembled an outside electrical box! He disassembled it leaving wires hanging out! He told her he would be back in 2 days for an additional $800!! I was furious when I returned home to find out I was out 300.00 and my hot tub was never even looked at! It turns out it only needed a power cord which cost $75 to fix! I contacted him by email looking for a refund for the troubleshooting WHICH WAS NOT DONE and he sent me an email telling me to better communicate with my wife!! DO NOT USE THIS MAN NOR HIS COMPANY HE IS A CONARTIST AND I ALSO REPORTED HIM TO BBB!
