We had a mysterious electrical problem with some wiring at our hotel. Our electrician, David, and I troubleshooted for awhile. We were both ready to give up, but David was persistent. We finally found the causes of our issues. Very pleased with David’s persistence as I believe others would have thrown in the towel.

I called and spoke with Gary. He was extremely polite and professional. He had me send pictures of my issue to ensure it wasn't of immediate emergency because of what I was telling him. He said it would be fine until Monday and he would call on his way. He did call me and tell me what time frame he would be here and he was on time. I had a meter that was falling away from my house and while Gary was here he pointed out to me that another meter next to it was falling away from the house as well. I appreciate that he told me that because I had not noticed it at all. He could have easily just ignored it or not even done an inspection of the other meters. He gave me a very good price for fixing the meters back onto my house. He was done in a good amount of time and showed me what he had done. I really appreciated how thorough he was. I would definitely call him again for any future issues I may have.

This guys came here . Did not do anything and charge 90 usd for 10 min estimate. had a bad experience. I wish they would let me know that they charge for giving estimate. They missed getting 5k worth job for 90 dollars

I had an electrical job done by wired generations. These guys were prompt and fast. I always like when someone gives me a time and actually shows up on time. They did such a good job and were very clean that I later referred them to my mother in law and they rewired her whole house. She has an old house and everything was outdated including her breaker box which they also replaced. Excellent work was done and I didn't even have to hear her complain about anything!! That's always a plus! I also had Edward rewire my condo in Rockport after the hurricane. They did everything from top to bottom complete. It came out fantastic. My wife and I couldn't be more happy! Thank you for all your hard work guys!!

Sal and Josh just installed a transfer switch in my house so that I can use my portable generator in case of power loss. I’ve workedwith other electricians in the past but have neverbeen as impressed with any of them as I am with these guys of Firefly electric. Their knowledge, work ethic, experience and attention to detail as well as their neatness and ability to explain what my options were really impressedme. Reasonable pricing for the quality, excellent warranty, transparent, on time and available forfollow up….couldn’t be more pleased.

A few days ago we got hit with a bad storm, causing us to lose power in our house. Although it came back on, it did not come on in the master bedroom. A day or two later, my wife was messing with the circuit breaker to restore power to the room but instead caused power to go out in additional rooms. I called Bell Electric fully expecting a technician to come out and me having to pay, but instead I was walked through over the phone on how to fix my situation, and it worked and did not have to pay a fee! I know given this situation, in the future I will be using Bell Electric due to their honesty. I know they will not be charging me for things I do not need.

Two of my circuit breakers went out. I decided to go on the BBB to get a reputable electrician.The receptionist was professional and courteous. I was able to make a same day appointment. The electrician was running ahead of time, professional, and efficient.The company honored the Military discount and also took $10.00 off for the review. Plus there is a 2yr warranty on their parts.I will use their services again in the future.Hopefully I won't have to ?

Brandon was extremely professional and repaired my outlets in no time, previous electrician failed to properly diagnose the problem but Brandon and his partner knew right away how to fix the outlet and charged me very reasonably compared to my other electrician's quote. Really, really like Even Flow, both plumbing and electrical. Two plumbing jobs in the past year and just had an electrical job done. We are very happy with all three! I had a service call scheduled with Hunter Electrical Service for a circuit breaker tripping when using my laser printer. The electrician who came out to my home to diagnose the problem was Mr. Colby Hunter. I explained in detail what was happening when using my printer, and Mr. Hunter did some basic preliminary test and new what the problem was immediately after trouble shooting. It was a faulty arc fault circuit breaker. Prior to Hunter Electrical Service coming out to my home , I had three other electrical companies come out to trouble shoot the circuit breaker problem, and they couldn't find the problem, and didn't have a clue.The first electrician blamed it on the laser printer causing the problem.All three prior Electrical companies wanted to run a new dedicated 20 amp circuit for my laser printer which didn't make any since to me or Mr. Hunter. I am very pleased with the service from Hunter Electrical Service and Mr. Colby Hunter. Thank you for your service.
