I used Bolt Electric this month for the first time. I was impressed and am now happy to have a “go-to” for my electrical needs.The scheduler was cheerful and knew the techs’ schedules (sounds obvious, but not all organizations have this down). They were able to schedule me quickly - same day.Robert (the electrician) was great to work with. He was able to collaborate with me onsite to define the expansion work I wanted to do. Again, this sounds obvious, but he was a great listener, didn’t upsell and was devoted to the needs of my project, rather than introducing a company agenda or one of his own. He was great at explaining what he was doing and helping me understand when I needed more information.Thank you Bolt for making this way easier than I imagined!

Very good service! Redid electrical panel and redid half of house with upgrade fromm 100 to 200 service. Had an issue with a light switch and they were professional in fixing the service. Definitely will use again in the future.

Evenflow saved us on Xmas eve! We had used them previously for a home repair and called them when our pipe burst from the freeze. They estimated they’d be out a couple days after Xmas but they made it a few hours after I called on Xmas eve! They had all the parts ready and fixed the issue quickly. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and willing to explain everything in detail. Was impressed and very happy with the service. Will definitely use in the future for all services they offer.

From the moment Rey and Justin drove up, they were the most professional and polite people. The represented the company extremely well. Did a fantastic job installing my security system and out door lighting. And while they were here I got a quote to install a chandelier above my kitchen island. Now just have to find one. They were extremely clean and quick and the pricing was better than I was expecting. I will be calling them again.

I recently had an electrical emergency at my dads house, rather than have him try to fix it himself, I told him I would call him an electrician. I was referred to John Jones Electric by a friend who has used them many time in the past. I called and talked with their dispatcher, and told her that I thought we had an emergency at the house, as my dad said a burnt smell was coming from a wall plug. She told me that they would get someone over as soon as possible. After I got off the phone with them I headed over to my dads house, it took me maybe five minutes to get there and the electrician had beaten me there! He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He even wore covers over his shoes when inside the house. We were very pleased with the work and thought the price was great for the quality service that we received. These guys are a very professional and knowledgeable outfit and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. In fact, I just told a friend about them and he used them for a project at his house and could not be more pleased! They definitely have a customer for life with us!
