I came across this company on nextdoor app. I called for an estimate and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Isiah and Matt showed up to my house, gave me some options and quickly went to work. These guys were very professional, informative and respectful. I needed a floodlight installed where I didn’t have any power close by and these guys made it happen. Eric and his team were so professional and instead of just saying that the whole house needed to be desired, he evaluated my problems and gave me three options to do repairs. He then gave me his opinion on what he would do if it were his home and it happened to be the least expensive of the three options. In mid 2018 we hired Switch Electric for a full re-wire on my parents home. They were punctual and very professional. The job was completed on schedule and it far exceeded my expectations. Fast forwarding to the present, one of the breakers started to act up causing my parents to loose power. I contacted Brandon and he answered on the first try, he was very attentive when I explained what was happening. He went to my parents house right away and fixed the issue free of charge, making good on his warranty for his original work. Mark did a superb job on installing external outlets and replacing lighting in our house. He was honest, efficient, hard-working, professional, and friendly, and was able to help us help ourselves in those areas in which he did not need to make repairs (i.e., our smoke detection system). Mark was our second quote and he did not upcharge us or suggest unnecessary work, but rather, gave us multiple options so that we had the power to decide and save money. He showed up early for our estimate and for the next-day installation/repairs. Will definitely use Mark again if we ever have any electrical issues!!
