Prompt and efficient.

Having put off several electrical projects that were becoming quite inconvenient, we needed a bunch of things to be done on our 35 yr. old home. We wanted a good, reputable company and didn't know of any first hand. We did our research and when we read reviews on this company, we gave them a call. We were/are very pleased with the friendly, easy competence, and thoroughness of the work David did, and would recommend this company to our friends in a heartbeat. Thank you Bolt for helping make our lives easier.

Outstanding communication and very professional service. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric. Received both e-mails and texts on appointment to include a photo and short bio of the actual electrician (Brad Mason) who would be doing the work. Wish all home service providers did the same. Brad was on time (actually a few minutes early). He installed 30AMP breaker and associated RV plug in our garage. To avoid any sheetrock repairs it was necessary for him to drop the line to the house electric panel through a wall with foam insulation, with very limited head/body clearance for him to work. No mess left behind from the actual plug installation on another wall.

Update:We received an email 8 days after initial appointment telling us that they had had a system wide shutdown causing them to lose all their data on scheduled appointments. And, they were not up and running until 3 days later. They apologized and told us if we were still interested to call them. So in the end, I was happy to have some knowledge as to why they were a no call, no show. However, we had already taken our business elsewhere.We are very disappointed in this company. A couple of weeks ago, we were searching on the web for an electrician and came across Sunbelt. We did a some research on them and were happy with the reviews, so we went to their website and filled out their form with our information and needs. Got a phone call fairly quickly to set up an appointment, which was scheduled for Monday, October 15th @ 8:30 am. Then, nothing! No call, no show. My husband, who was the point of contact, called and left 2 messages that morning with the number given to us and didn't hear anything from anyone. I tried calling the same number on the following day and the phone just rang and rang, the voicemail never even came up. It has now been 5 days and we still haven't had anyone contact us. So unprofessional.

The techs did an excellent job and the customer service was great.

Sent a message through their website and and got confirmation email that someone would contact me shortly- and about 2 weeks later, still haven't heard from them. Because of that lack of response, I contacted 4A Electrical Services who did the job within 3 days and did a great job.

Wanted to charge me more money besides what my home insurance was charging ! Now saying I need to pay for a job that they didn't do! Whoa

Absolute Power is my go to contractor for any electrical repair or installation. They have installed recessed lighting in my kitchen, smart switches for my security lights and even put up a tv and surround sound speakers. Absolute Power is the best! Highly recommended.

Bell Electric 24 hour service can not be compared to others. Had an emergency and was calling all around to just find some help. We knew we had probably just blown a fuse but need some help doing so. Ended up call Bell and a Mr Valentine master electrician answered. Instead of pricing a quote just to come out and check it himself, he did a step by step walk through of everything he would do and behold problem solve in minutes. No charge no waisting time. Great leader by looking out for his people in allowing them their rest and wonderful instructions on guiding us to restoring power to our house. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Clint was friendly and explained all aspects of our electrical situation. He made suggestions for future work but did not try to push any service that was ancillary, extraneous or unnecessary for our situation. Definitely recommend both Clint and Mr. Sparky for electrical work. Will not hesitate to call on both him and the company in the future.

For years I wanted to have additional lighting put into my house but was afraid it would just be too expensive. I received a quote from Omar and it was well within reason. Three days later Omar and Maurice were at my front door right on time. And finally I can say.let there be light! They did a great job, finished in 3 hours what I thought it would take all day and even vacuumed the carpet as part of the cleanup. I can't remember the last time I received such wonderful service. They even wore masks the entire time they were here. I would not hesitate to give them a referral of SPECTACULAR!

On New Year's Eve, the outlet for my refrigerator broke due to bad weather. Tried calling several others and couldn't get anyone out the same day. This gentleman stayed on the phone with me for 45 minutes and walked me through changing out a GFCI outlet until everything worked again (without a meter!). Absolutely above and beyond what I expected from any contractor. This will be the first guy I call for anything electrical from here on. I cannot thank you enough, you saved all my food!

These guys are awesome! Second time we've had them out for some work. Just needed a simple drop in the garage and the work was perfect. And quoted FAR less than what other companies were quoting.
