Responsive, professional, affordable, and did not try to up sell and pressure me into doing anything more than I asked. Kevin responded to my initial request and came out immediately to work to repair a few outlets that were dead. He gave me an initial estimate and the work was accomplished within (actually below) what was quoted. He recommended a few things to watch and educated me in where some of the potential dangers are for the future, but did not try to sell me anything more than what I asked.
