Sunbelt was diligent in working with the city to get the permit pushed through and even thought it was after the sale of the property, they completed the project in a timely manner and did a first class job. The tech I worked with was courteous and very professional and went above and beyond with the project. One of the light fixtures that we wanted replaced was in a tricky spot above the staircase, but they figured out a way to reach it and did an excellent job! They were polite, picked up after themselves, and were very careful throughout the process. They even offered to help us move some furniture while they were here as a kind favor!
