Needed power outlet added. Called and made an appointment for estimate. Allgood was quick to respond and actually arrived (with permission) early. Gave me a reasonable estimate along with a plan to accomplish the job.Before long (about two hours) Ron and Manual were packing up, my job was complete, even with a couple of unforeseen hiccups, (this is older home and you never know what’s hiding behind those walls.)They were fast, efficient and worked well as a team. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I called Bolt Electric to have them fix a problem with my smoke alarm system. I'm always leery of using a business for the first time but they advertise on the talk radio station I listen to, The Answer 930, so I took the risk. Manuel came out and after I explained the situation, he quickly got to work looking for the problem. I watched him the whole time and was very impressed with his troubleshooting skills. He found a broken wire in the ceiling, fixed it, and then did a quick check of the other alarms in the system. He was done in less than an hour and I was relieved. I also appreciate that they give a military discount. I will definitely use them in the future.

Henry is the most honest electrician. I received multiple quotes on adding outlets in my garage and moving a few and he was the most reasonable. The quality of work is phenomenal compared to some I have seen. I would highly recommend him for all your electrical work!

I recently purchased a backup generator and needed an electrician to install a Generator Transfer Switch at the main power panel. I called around and finally located a company that could do the job here in San Antonio (not every company can, or will do this). That company was Firefly Electric Services. They dispatched an electrician to come out and give me an estimate on the installation. The electrician immediately noticed that the main power panel had been hit with what appeared to be a surge from a lightning strike. I confirmed that there had been a lightning strike a year or so earlier that hit the house. During his investigation it was determined that hooking up a backup generator to the current main panel may prove to be unwise, even dangerous. He advised me that the damage should be covered by my homeowners insurance. He took pictures of all the damage to the main & sub panel and wrote up his findings and recommendation for fixing the problem. I submitted his information with a claim to the insurance company and the insurance did cover the damage. Firefly came back out, installed a new main & sub power panel, new ground, new surge protectors on both panels and they also installed the generator transfer switch. (See photos) As a retired Navy vet who worked in and around electrical wiring for over twenty-years, I've got to say that the Firefly Team was one of the best, if not the best team, I have ever seen. They are totally professional, on-time, and very thorough in their work and in explaining their work. Josh, the team lead on the job, showed me all the tricks for operating my brand new, straight out of the box generator. We actually used the generator with extension cords to power my two refrigerators while the house was out of power for the 6 hours it took to finish the job. I was EXTREMELY PLEASED with the finished product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Firefly Electric Services. I want to thank everyone at Firefly for a JOB VERY WELL DONE! I also want to give a special thanks to Salvitore Lombardi (Sal) the Owner/Operations Manager who was so instrumental is getting this all done. Brandon was a life saver. When I was installing my double gang smart switch I made a little wiring error and Brandon was at my house in 20 minutes to save the day. It was late, cold, and rainy outside too! I was so reluctant to call an electrician because I didn't want to get hit with some ridiculous charge for something I knew would take them like 5 minutes to fix. Brandon even stayed to install all 6 switches I bought for my house and fix a ceiling fan for a VERY reasonable price. A couple of weeks later he didn't some cat5 (Ethernet installations) for my parents too I believe). He is definitely going to be my go to guy for all my electrical work!

Responsive, professional, affordable, and did not try to up sell and pressure me into doing anything more than I asked. Kevin responded to my initial request and came out immediately to work to repair a few outlets that were dead. He gave me an initial estimate and the work was accomplished within (actually below) what was quoted. He recommended a few things to watch and educated me in where some of the potential dangers are for the future, but did not try to sell me anything more than what I asked. Great service experience; I will definitely call Pawson for any future electrical needs.

Francis Electric was great. From the start they showed up for the quote when they said, answered all our questions. The technician came exactly when scheduled and he couldn't have been nicer. Our company paid $246.81 for them to give an estimate ( not free). Been waiting several weeks for estimate, called 4 times, never get a call back. So WHAT did we pay for?? I’m beginning to think that we got scammed!

Their customer service need to be be retrain about phone etiquettes and “customer service” in general! Very unprofessional!
