Starting with the office that setup the appointment, they were extremely helpful and friendly! Now for the service... Their electrician Robert showed up early to greet CPS and shut off the power before he began his work. He spent most of the day working on a large project for the house. Robert was very friendly, professional and he did an amazing job on replacing & consolidating all of my external breaker boxes into one main panel. Despite being the end of the day for him he stayed to help me out with some electrical questions regarding a smart-home device I purchased. He went above and beyond what was expected of him and the work he accomplished looks great as the city inspector gave it a look-over and the green light. The price was reasonable, the Company and the electrician was pros. I will definitely use them again in the future. In fact I already have them scheduled to provide an estimate for another job! I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Company has been around for years in San Antonio but every year it gets worse. Hired the company for several jobs with hope for change but always fails. Also workers are always trying to make more money for the company so expect to pay more than the actual price. No respect from workers half done work etc.

He took pictures of the both panel and told us that he would send us an email on what he found out which we received the same day, We sent it out to our insurance and you know what's the good thing about that? The pictures that he took, it has description on it so that the insurance would understand what it was and what it meant.After a few days, our claim got approved by the insurance. We called Firefly Electric, my husband talked to the owner Sal who is very kind and got the job scheduled.The scheduled day came where we had Joshua and Brandon, They installed what we got which is the Platinum Panel Package with 9 dual function breaker. Joshua did the outdoor panel while Brandon did the indoor panel and I would say what a superb teamwork! Remember teamwork makes the dream work! While they were doing the work I was chitchatting with them and they were really friendly yet professional.We had some issues with our homeowners insurance but we got rest assured that they are gonna help us with it which is definitely going above and beyond! Two of my circuit breakers went out. I decided to go on the BBB to get a reputable electrician.The receptionist was professional and courteous. I was able to make a same day appointment. The electrician was running ahead of time, professional, and efficient.The company honored the Military discount and also took $10.00 off for the review. Plus there is a 2yr warranty on their parts.I will use their services again in the future.Hopefully I won't have to ?

My A/C kept tripping a circuit breaker. Eric came out within a couple of hours of calling him. He was very professional and took the time to explain the problem. He replaced the bad breaker and then checked the rest of the circuit breakers. He found another bad one and replaced it on the spot. I would highly recommend Eric and will use him again.
