We had a mysterious electrical problem with some wiring at our hotel. Our electrician, David, and I troubleshooted for awhile. We were both ready to give up, but David was persistent. We finally found the causes of our issues. Very pleased with David’s persistence as I believe others would have thrown in the towel.

Josh was awesome. Explained everything so anyone could understand what was going on and fixed my problem within 20 minutes.

The technician was on time, did a professional job and was fair on the price. He also cleaned up after the job. I would definitely recommend them for any electrical work you need done.

I decided to get a transfer switch installed for a backup generator. Preparing for winter and other power outages. I received three estimates. Firefly was a little higher, but I felt it was more accurate than others. Plus, the team was very thorough. All of this before they even started the job! When they came out they gave me options and helped me pick the one within my budget. They exceeded my expectations! It all looks good and works excellent. They walked me through use and let me test out. I had questions after they left and received a quick response and help. I really appreciate the help and will continue to refer people to them.

I came across this company on nextdoor app. I called for an estimate and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Isiah and Matt showed up to my house, gave me some options and quickly went to work. These guys were very professional, informative and respectful. I needed a floodlight installed where I didn’t have any power close by and these guys made it happen. Called Mr Sparky after another company did a poor job/ actually didn’t do the job but still took our money... and we’re very happy we did! Mr Sparky was great from the very beginning- we were even able to get a next day appointment! Our electrician Sam was very nice and polite. He assessed our problem and explained the work that needed to be done. After completing the work , he walked us through what was done. Very happy with the quality of work that was done! I was very pleased with the work that Chris did for us; he gave us some ideas about replacing kitchen lights, a quote, and then replaced the GFCI outlet in our garage. He made sure all the outdoor outlets worked and even replaced a cover that broke because it was so old.

Mr Leonard responded quickly by giving me a quote that was reasonable over the phone. He updated/replaced my outside outlets, and they sure look pretty. Getting more work done. I highly recommend him..

I hired Solarator Electric, Darryl Ford, to install a Generac Generator. I hired him because he is listed as an authorized dealer. His workmanship was so bad and unsafe that I have had to have it re-done. Come to find out, he did not pull any permits, the plumber he used to run a natural gas line did not go down the required 18 inches and in fact only buried the gas line about 3 inches deep in most places.Due to safety concerns the generator had to be disconnected and now I am having to have all electrical and plumbing re-done to meet city and utility company specifications. Darryl Ford has still not given me a refund for his unsafe and shoddy workmanship.Would absolutely stay away from this company for any electrical work!
