The technician Chris called in advance to let me know when he would be arriving, showed up on time and was professional, kind and efficient in installing my Tesla charger in my garage finishing about an hour sooner than expected. Explained how everything worked as well and what to expect. Left a clean and smooth installation of breaker and cable running to the garage on exterior of home, very satisfied. Juan Came by my home today to quote me on some fixtures I needed to replace as we are renovating our home. Juan was kind and professional and was most important honest and fair with the prices. We will request for Juan to come by and install all our electrical items.Which is also good to know. I was telling juan about our outside progress and he mentioned the company also does out door/patio lighting. Blackbelt A/C and Electrical installed a new air conditioner in a home I had just purchased. When I moved in, I noticed the air wasn't circulating thru the home and I called the owner. Gabriel was very polite and explained about what the problem might be. We decided to have the duct work checked out. While waiting for the inspection, my a/c iced up and my hallway had water coming up thru the floor. Gabriel came out to the home and checked on the unit himself. He was extremely polite and very knowledgable and calmed my nerves down immensely. He pulled out the filter and it was filthy. He suggested I turn off the a/c and let the ice dissipate, and to try replacing the filter before running any expensive tests. He easily could have suggested any number of expensive fixes on top of replacing the filter and gouging me for hundreds or thousands of dollars. Instead he suggested I try replacing the filter and he showed me the exact type that was needed and how to put it in. He was available when I had a question and he made me feel heard and not rushed at all. Gabriel generally cares and is truly a person and a company that I would recommend without blinking an eye. In this day and age, it is almost impossible to find a person or company that you can trust, and it is nice to know that Gabriel and Blackbelt A/C and Electric are knowledgeable and beyond trustworthy. From one former military servicemember to another, thank you for your service- not only to our country, but to San Antonio, too!! It is nice to know that honesty and integrity still exist.

When our AC stopped working, we received quick call back from Airco Mechanical. The Service Professional (Joshua Guajardo) who responded the next day was extremely helpful, taking the time to answer many questions, as well as thoroughly explain all of our repair/replacement options. He even answered questions unrelated to the issue at hand, and his expertise and knowledge were very helpful. He didn’t rush the visit and spent extended time explaining, which was also much appreciated. This is the third time we have used the services of Airco Mechanical, and we would recommend them to others.Addendum to original review: We just had a new AC system installed by Airco Mechanical a few days later. The two Technicians were very efficient, conscientious, and cleaned up well after. We were happy with the work and like the new system so far
