The all good team came out at a moments notice when I had a problem with a light fixture at a property that was on the market. I didn’t have to cancel any showings as a result and the problem was fixed the same day. Thank you guys!

I would never do business with a company that allows their employees to instigate road rage in company vehicles. I suggest looking into a more professional group of electrical contractors.

Fast, Friendly, and Fair! I was looking around frantically after a ancient fuse corroded a terminal to the point of breaking off in my hand as I changed out the fuse. I contacted 6 different companies; some didn't even answer and others said they'd phone me back. The moment Valentine picked up, listened to my problem. (I though I would need an disconnect switch installed which usually runs around 300-400 you can take a look at the pictures) he told me he would be at my house in about 1 hour. He even phoned me 40 mins to remind me he was on his way. He arrived in 55 minutes. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the parts and the labor and was done in less than 2 hours IN THE RAIN!! He and his assistant, Andrew were honest and kind. These guys are amazing!!!! A++++

First, let me recognize the service technician, Hector. He did an outstanding job, once everything was coordinated properly. I needed a light fixture changed on a very high ceiling. I communicated this information to the representative when making the appointment. She informed me that they would send out their tallest ladder and an extra technician for safety reasons. She made me aware that the charge would be higher because of these factors. When Hector arrived, I immediately informed him that we had an issue. He was the only one sent and he did not have a ladder. I immediately called to speak with a manager. I was told that they were in a meeting. I returned to my work and received a call from Hector approximately 30 minutes later. He stated that they were sending another technician out with the ladder. I again met them at my house. They brought in the ladder and tried to set it up. It became very obvious that neither had used the ladder before. I had to look up a Youtube video for them to see how the ladder extended. Once that was accomplished, the repair went very well. I told Hector that I still wanted to speak with the manager. Hours went by without any returned call. I reached out again and finally someone called me back. He made lots of excuses for their poor execution and never made any effort to compensate me for wasting three hours of my day. After posting the review, I heard from the manager ,Josh. He apologized for the issues and acknowledged that there were shortcomings in the service. He stressed how important customer service and satisfaction is to Mr. Sparky. He offered to waive the service and ladder fee for my inconvenience. This follow-up has given me the confidence to use the company again.

LP3 is awesome, I needed to have a breaker repaired and they came out within a couple hours, as well as on the lower end to replace it. Our lights also started flickering. They could have come out and charged us to assess the problem, but instead suggested we call CPS, who came out and fixed the problem. Very honest company, which goes a long way nowadays.

I contacted them through Angie's List and Raul rapidly responded via text message to set up a time for an estimate. When he came to my home to assess my project, I felt he set realistic expectations for what he could do while showing flexibility to meet my needs as best possible. It was apparent that he was experienced and a real professional. The quote he gave me was the most reasonable out the companies from which I obtained quotes. Though I ultimately chose to go with a different company due to them being able to more closely meet the needs of my project (which, to be fair, had some plumbing involved), I will certainly be keeping Classic Electric in mind for future projects in my home.
