I had a faulty outlet in my kitchen that went out, along with three other outlets on the same circuit. Not an emergency but a significant inconvenience. Allgood came out within two days and fixed my bad outlet in about 30 minutes. .

We had our outdoor electric panel replaced, whole house surge protector installed and electrical supply upgraded to 200 amps. Our electrician, John, was very professional and patient explaining everything the he was going to do and why; answering our questions truthfully and thoroughly. There were no unexpected changes or costs. It was truly a pleasure having him in our home and we have been very satisfied with his work.

John was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently during the 2 hrs. He finished two projects even though I was only expecting for him to finish one. Nice surprise! Based on service, I would have given 5 stars.He was 2 hrs late however. The appt was for 12p. I called the office at 12:15p and left a message. No one from the office ever called me back. John ended up calling on his personal cell at 1:30p and swinging by at 2p. It worked out because I work from home though it was still frustrating.Would've been nice to get a call confirming the appt the day before and then a call once they were running late.All that said, the service was great and I will give them a second chance.

Sal came out and did a phenomenal job for us. He was on time and very friendly. He showed us all of the issues and repaired them quickly. We found a new preferred vendor here.

Serviced my generator

I needed a new external electrical service and replacement of breaker box as well as wiring 220v lines for range and water heater at my rental home. Mark Tatsch did great work at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Lone Oak Electric!

Mr. Pawson (and son) were responsive, affordable, professional, on time, and a bit under budget compared to his original quote. We had five outlets installed: 2 in our garage, 1 for holiday lighting, 1 in the attic for security cameras, and 1 on our front porch. Furthermore, we had four switches replaced and rewired to accommodate modern ceiling fans (our house is a little over 30 years old - and the wiring was too complicated for an amateur like me). We needed three new circuit breakers installed (20 Amp) to handle the load. All was accomplished a couple hours ahead of schedule and, as I've previously said, under his original quote - which was several hundred dollars less than some of the larger electrical companies (here in San Antonio.) Our experience was very positive. It's been well over a month now and we've had zero problems. Pawson does give a discount for military (I'm retired military) and for first responders, too. We had a very positive experience and I'd recommend that you speak to Mr. Pawson before you hire someone else.
