We hired Allgood Electric for a complete lighting remodel. We replaced every recessed light and hanging fixture and fan in our home. Ron was our electrician and he and his crew did a great job. They worked clean, explained what they were doing and were friendly. Ron took the time to make sure we were happy with the heights of our fixtures and even made some design recommendations as to height and spacing. The pricing was competitive for the job and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for quality electricians at a affordable price. As a special bonus, Ron and his crew were dog friendly. We have a big boisterous black lab and he took to Ron which also made us happy.

I was very impressed with the repair work done. The tech Austin was very thorough and took the time to explain what was wrong with my light fixture not working and everything that affects it. I asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer each question even if I kept repeating myself. He was very caring and friendly and made sure I understood what happened to the light fixture in my closet . I would recommend them to everyone!, especially the tech, Austin.

Very good service! Redid electrical panel and redid half of house with upgrade fromm 100 to 200 service. Had an issue with a light switch and they were professional in fixing the service. Definitely will use again in the future.

The electricity suddenly went out in our Master Closet on 23 June and we had a scheduled flooring installation scheduled for the 25th. They sent a technician out in the afternoon who identified the problem and fixed it. He was very professional and personable. We have been using Matthews Electric for all of our electrical needs for some years now. Our home is older and had very limited electrical outlets and breakers. Matthews Electric has helped us change our breaker box and add breakers to become compliant with current guidelines while meeting our current electrical needs. They have changed out ceiling fans and light fixtures, moved light fixture boxes, added outlets in the bathrooms, added exhaust fans etc. In addition, we have had them install outside landscape lighting on sensors to come on and off automatically, outlets on switch so we can control them and add outdoor outlets in the outdoor kitchen, the serving area for hot plates or crock pots etc. They have added outdoor lighting on the house and outlets by each door, outlets for the pool pump and lights. We have a business in the home where we have added several quad outlets on dedicated lines for all of the things needed in an office environment while maintaining safety. The work is all very high quality and they work till the job is completed. Our home is not disrupted for extended period of time which is very important to us. We also trust them as they show respect for our property, clean up after themselves, do not destroy our plants and do not take out excess material if there is any at the end of the job. We could not be more happy with their service. The pricing is fair for the quality of service and standard of work. I highly recommend Matthews Electric.

What an amazing company. I called them to get a second opinion on a huge job and Gabriel steered me the right way saving me a ton of money. There is a definite lack of quality, honest trades in todays world but this is a stellar example of how business should be run. Military and SAPD can’t go wrong, you’ve earned a customer for life.

The staff was incredibly friendly!! They gave me a few different options of placements for our new tesla charger. They made sure I understood what holes would be made in my garage ceiling for each option, which I was very grateful for. The head boss even swung by to make sure the electricians felt great about what route we decided to do since he was in the neighborhood. They stayed a few hours longer than they intended due to the complexity of the home and thankfully still charged me what they quoted me at. I would definitely use this company again.

They are a IBEW union shop. But they don't like top follow Union rules. They have apprentices running jobs. Also a CE-8 was running a Microsoft project. A ce-8 is not a license Journeyman electrician. Very ratty
