Our wall oven went out and we did not know whether it was the wall outlet of the stove. Bolt Electric arrived on time and deductively diagnosed the problem: the oven electronics had gone bad. They charged us a fair price for the time and labor. They even counseled us as to what kind of oven to purchase and how to install it. We appreciated their work and would use them again.

This is the first call so they don’t have a good track record. He was very concerned about helping us and mapping out what needed to be done.

Beat all my expectations!! Wow, what a great job these two contractors did. They were polite, quick, professional and did an awesome job. I have to say that as a homeowner there are few things more intimidating than needing electrical repairs on my home especially here in San Antonio, Texas. We have had many electricians come to our homes in the past to perform electrical work but never as efficient as Mr. Luis Rodriguez and Mr. Carlos Cervantes. They told us what they were going to do step by step and ask us if there were any questions. Not only did they do a great job but they also vacuumed and swept the floors when they were done. Very responsive, communicative. Showed up early, efficiently took care of needs. A little pricey, perhaps, but did good work. Spent a good bit of time inspecting the system...had the feeling that they were looking for more work to sell me. Maybe this was with good intention, but I want to do more research as to how necessary it is.
