This company is far superior to anyone else we spoke with. They work quickly, either by email, phone or in person. Their prices are fair, they don't use high pressure sales like the other companies, don't use fear to intimated you and force you into repairs you don't need and are fair and professional. The work they do is top notch and every employee I spoke to (specifically Wendy in the office and Ronnie who did the work) is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

I am sad to give a less than stellar review. We had several great experiences with Sunbelt Electric, referred other family members to them, and for a couple of years, we considered them our family electricians. Those excellent experiences were 2 and 3 years ago. Our most recent experience (July 2019) was extremely disappointing. The electrician, Brandon, came to our appointment late, and didn't have the equipment/supplies to perform the requested service, so we rescheduled. We weren't upset at this point, however on the day of the reschedule, he never showed up and didn't answer our calls or respond to our texts until hours later. He texted saying that he had to take a couple of days off but could reschedule again if we wanted to.Reschedules are not a problem but as I explained to him, we expected the courtesy and professionalism of letting us know, not just no-showing. I had taken time off work to be there. I also left a voicemail for Gary at the office that went unreturned. Very, very disappointing.

This is the best electrical company in town! I highly recommend this company if you need any electrical work done in your home or place of business. The service they do and the prices they give are great! The company owner Edward is very professional and will keep you informed and answer questions of everything he will be doing on the job you need done. Him and his staff got the job done in great time!

I came across this company on nextdoor app. I called for an estimate and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Isiah and Matt showed up to my house, gave me some options and quickly went to work. These guys were very professional, informative and respectful. I needed a floodlight installed where I didn’t have any power close by and these guys made it happen. I highly recommend calling this company for any electrical services. I will definitely use them in the future.

I changed my appointment on the same day, without a problem. The workers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was most impressed with the items they had in their truck to offer services for a new outlet-saved me a return trip. They also had all the tools needed, a shop vac and drop cloths. They earned a customer today with good old fashioned respect and quality workmanship. Also, they were eager to do a task I forgot to mention at scheduling--that showed they valued my time and money. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional and excellent knowledge of the trade. Mr. Guerrero very articulate and very courteous, explained every aspect of the job, explained the cost in detail, did a final walk through after the job was completed, even explained another option for an electrical line I didn't know was available. He was aware he was a guest in my home and displayed respect throughout the repairs. Highly recommend this company! Excellent customer service!

Great people, the techs really do know their work. The individual that cam out to our house knew what the issue was, didnt need to sell us on anything expensive, made good recommendations. I was pleased and will definitely be using them again in the future. Well done team!!

Great customer service! Called and recieved the services needed on the same day.

Disappointed.Called Carrasco, needed an estimate on bonding/grounding pool pump and installing GFCI outlets outside near above ground pool.Hernon came out on 09/13/16- looked at everything. Said he wasn't sure what to do and needed to speak with Master Electrician before giving us a quote (I guess there is some confusion on how to ground/bond pool pump because the pool had already been there for 6years.) He told us to give him 2 days and he would be back in touch. By Friday 09/16, we hadn't heard from him, so I followed up with him, and he told me he was at the lake, was on the phone with the Master Electrician about our situation and would be back in touch. Well, its Tuesday 09/20, guess who still hasn't called back.Guess they didn't want our business........

The crew was friendly and easy to work with. My repair took a few visits to track down the problem and propose the right solution, but 5G was always in touch with me to share updates. The repair went well, and the price was what they quoted me. Will gladly work with them again!
