I am so thrilled that I found this business. Henry and his team did such a great job installing lights in my kitchen! It didn’t take long at all either. I have a new love for my kitchen just because of the lighting! Henry came to our home to give us a free estimate and was just so kind, professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable. He gave me his honest opinion of what to do with my kitchen and living room. I was just as impressed by this as the work done. Everyone on his team was very friendly and professional too. After spending over 36 yrs with one of the top companies in the world customer service and quality were always a given without exception! Firefly and their people show the same business attitude far beyond any expectation for todays businesses. Not only did they just do an installation for a generator but they also went beyond a normal setup and looked at several different options for the hookup saving both time and money for the consumer. I called to schedule a service call and originally, I was told someone would be able to go out there in two days, once I explained to Mia that it was for my grandmother who did not have electricity in her bathrooms (which she is high risk for falls due to her age 91), she was able to accommodate me and get someone out there the next day. Thank you, Mia, for having compassion for my grandmother's situation and locating a technician that would be in that area the next day. Luis, the technician did an amazing job identifying the issue and quickly resolved it for my grandmother. He also called me and explained what he observed and what he recommended our next steps be to avoid further issues. He also expressed his concerns for potential hazards regarding her almost 50-year-old home. My grandmother has called me multiple times expressing how much Luis and his partner helped her and fixed her issue quickly. They offer on time delivery and the installation of my landscape lighting was beyond what I hope for. Pawson Electric installed a circuit for our hot tub and did an outstanding job. After reviewing the worksite, Kevin gave us an estimate with a detailed work breakdown and the cost was very reasonable. After agreeing on a work schedule, Kevin gave us a heads-up call that he was on his way on the day the job was to be done. He arrived on time and went right to work. After the work was completed, we did a walk-around to explain and inspect the work. Everything was cleaned-up and the work looked good. I would definitely recommend Pawson Electric.

This is definitely one of the best professionals I`ve dealt with. Their customer service is really adequate and the technicians were fast on the spot. The socket I needed replaced was done in a matter of minutes and with a better, safer one too. I would absolutely recommend them!

Customer service is non existent. The installation was a horrible experience itself. I ordered a back up battery and the first time we had a storm it didn't kick in so I called the electricity company they said it was getting partial power. So i called and called the company no one ever answered. Left a message got a call from an electrician said he would be out to look at it. It's been three weeks now and still nothing. Tried calling again. Still no one answers. I'm paying for something i can't even use. Please research companies before you use them. I made that mistake won't do that again. And don't want anyone else to go through that either.
