We called Bolt Electric for services during the selling process of our home. Other companies that I reached out to didn't have availability for another week or so. Bolt Electric was able to get us on the schedule in just a few short days. Our electrician arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He resolved the issues in our master bath in a timely manner. The pleasant, helpful customer service we received from the moment I called is not so common these days. Customer service is lost on some of today's residential companies, but not Bolt. We were extremely pleased with the experience and would absolutely recommend them!

They responded promptly when some other companies did not return a phone call. They kept up abreast when their representative would be coming to do work. So far, all seems to be working well.

It was truely a pleasure working with this business. Chris and his helper are no nonsense professionals who responded to every need my wife and I had in our home. Professional, competent, respectful with an unusual work ethic for todays times. I had accepted a bid from Chris to do some electrical work in my home, at the last minute I asked Chris if he could add a couple of electrical outlets to two bathrooms. He adjusted his schedule to accommodate me and completed all the work during the same appointment, most importantly, my wife is happy. I got next day service. They came 45 minutes early.Disconnected a dangerous outdoor conduit to an abandoned shed from my laundry dryer breaker in about an hour. Cost $145. I didn't need an estimator to quote and call back, they just scheduled it and did it.In short: Good work done quick for a fair price.

Fast, Friendly, and Fair! I was looking around frantically after a ancient fuse corroded a terminal to the point of breaking off in my hand as I changed out the fuse. I contacted 6 different companies; some didn't even answer and others said they'd phone me back. The moment Valentine picked up, listened to my problem. (I though I would need an disconnect switch installed which usually runs around 300-400 you can take a look at the pictures) he told me he would be at my house in about 1 hour. He even phoned me 40 mins to remind me he was on his way. He arrived in 55 minutes. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the parts and the labor and was done in less than 2 hours IN THE RAIN!! He and his assistant, Andrew were honest and kind. These guys are amazing!!!! A++++

Needed to have power run to outside patio for a ceiling fan which I bought on sale for 60 bucks. The technician gave me 2 estimates, Ist estimate was for $911.00 and 2nd estimate was for $570.00!! Outrageous pricing!! Seems like they come up with these ridiculous prices to scare off the customer and they pocket the fee for coming out. Total waste of my time as I waited all day to tech to show up. Would never recommend these guys!!

I chose All Star Electric after inquiring several residential electrical contractors. Bob arrived on time and did a splendid job. I got a quick response and call back after the installation to answer a question I forgot to ask during the installation.

I was in need of a electrician on a short notice because I was gearing up to have some renovation work done on a rental property. A few switches and outlets were not working and it was going to take some time to trouble shoot the property. Eric was kind enough to squeeze me into his schedule the same day he came out to give an estimate. Spend a few hours working through the challenges and at the end. All my lights and outlets were working. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed.Called Carrasco, needed an estimate on bonding/grounding pool pump and installing GFCI outlets outside near above ground pool.Hernon came out on 09/13/16- looked at everything. Said he wasn't sure what to do and needed to speak with Master Electrician before giving us a quote (I guess there is some confusion on how to ground/bond pool pump because the pool had already been there for 6years.) He told us to give him 2 days and he would be back in touch. By Friday 09/16, we hadn't heard from him, so I followed up with him, and he told me he was at the lake, was on the phone with the Master Electrician about our situation and would be back in touch. Well, its Tuesday 09/20, guess who still hasn't called back.Guess they didn't want our business........
