We had the house panel circuit breaker decide to die on a Friday night, leaving my wife and young twins in the dark. From Jody who took the call to Sam who came out and fixed the breaker, our whole experience was quick and professional. Sam did the work quickly and professionally while wearing the annoying masks we’ve all had to get used to. Even though the inside work consisted mainly of explaining what was going to be done, he wore shoe covers as well.There was a clear explanation of costs and what the problem was, and also advice on things that may need to be looked at, but no pressure to buy anything not needed. We had an overall awesome experience and of course power back at the house.

Leonard was a lifesaver! He responded quickly to my call and was able to install a 240 volt plug for my dryer in my new home within a couple of days so I could start doing laundry!!!! His quote was reasonable and he was very professional and just a really nice person. Will continue to use him in the future!

These guys rock! I was concerned about the install of recess lightning due to no attic access and was very impressed how this team handled it. Very minimal cuts to sheetrock and it really looks amazing. Will definitely be using these guys again for my electrical needs and you should too. recommend them 100%.

I can't recommend Big Red Electric enough. I was having electrical issues and smelling something burning and eventually lost power to all plugs in our office bedroom. Robert was able to come out the next day after I had called him. He was able to locate the problem which turned out to be a loose wire in a outlet plug behind our bookshelf. It had been causing a slow electrical burn and eventually causing loss of power to that room. That was repaired and the breaker switch that failed was also repaired in the garage. Robert also fixed the wiring and wobbly fan in the room next to our office that was also flickering due to loss of power on that same circuit. My house literally could have caught on fire from the wire burning inside the wall and the failed breaker. As a mother with 3 small children I am so grateful our electrical issues were fixed and in a timely manner. I grew up with an electrician in the house and Robert surppased my expectations . He was very professional and also great with communicating his ETA and what was the issue with our electrical problem and how he would be fixing it.Thank you Big Red Electric for literally saving our lives and our home.P.S. My 3 kids are so excited the computer is working in the office again so they can get back to video chat with thier dad who has been stationed in another state the past year!!

C&S is definitely my first call for electrical. As a supplier to critical industry we need reliable service for running our air compressors and the C&S team always has the right solution.

We had some communication issues, but Good did offer an apology, and all is well. We will give them another opportunity in the future. The work done was done well.

They have done electric work at our facility and did it professionally and in some instances with very little time in advanced noticed. For example we called them for an emergency project that had to be done by the following weekend and Pat and his guys had maybe 2 days to prepare. But they did it. Awesome job guys!

This business is a scam. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Once they get your money they will not show up to fix their mess or return your phone calls. In fact, they will ghost you all together. Remember you get what you pay for
