Allgood Electric is a great company that cares about its clients. I had them install an interlock on my home. Their technicians called and arrived before their scheduled time. They answered every one of my one hundred plus questions. The price was very reasonable and better than all of their competitors. The three people I recommended used Allgood as well. Update:We received an email 8 days after initial appointment telling us that they had had a system wide shutdown causing them to lose all their data on scheduled appointments. And, they were not up and running until 3 days later. They apologized and told us if we were still interested to call them. So in the end, I was happy to have some knowledge as to why they were a no call, no show. However, we had already taken our business elsewhere.We are very disappointed in this company. A couple of weeks ago, we were searching on the web for an electrician and came across Sunbelt. We did a some research on them and were happy with the reviews, so we went to their website and filled out their form with our information and needs. Got a phone call fairly quickly to set up an appointment, which was scheduled for Monday, October 15th @ 8:30 am. Then, nothing! No call, no show. My husband, who was the point of contact, called and left 2 messages that morning with the number given to us and didn't hear anything from anyone. I tried calling the same number on the following day and the phone just rang and rang, the voicemail never even came up. It has now been 5 days and we still haven't had anyone contact us. So unprofessional.

We are still taking bids for this job but I really liked this man who did the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went. I look forward to possibly working with him in the future.
