An outstanding experience with Bolt Electric! My technician, Michael A., was extremely knowledgeable about all things electric (to include residential codes in place and coming, since I also asked other questions about future upgrades) and he quickly diagnosed the problem I had with my dryer and fixed it. No more hanging laundry throughout the house to dry! Thank you!!!

Technician showed up on time and was very professional. They evaluated my issues and went right to work. They found a problem with my patio fan and although they could not fix the problem within the voucher, they gave me some good advise as to how to get it fixed. I would differently recommend them.

I had them do a couple different services on different dates and they always showed up on time, we’re patient and very detailed in explaining what they were doing and why. Their installers, lead by Joshua, are hands down the best.UPDATE: My home recently sustained an indirect lightning strike which led to all electrical panels among other things needing to be replaced. Enter Sal and his team at Firefly. They came out the day I submitted the claim and did an extremely detailed report, same day, and submitted to my insurance. Upon completing the job, my insurance only agreed to pay a fraction of my cost, stating that Firefly was too expensive. It has been a long 8 weeks since, but the insurance has now agreed to pay my claim in full. This is due to not only my persistence, but also Sal's persistence and his willingness to stand by me and the work of his company. Sal offered and communicated with the claims adjuster directly, leading to resolution of my claim. Again, I can't recommend Firefly, it's technicians and its quality of work high enough! I will be using them for ALL of my electrical needs, going forward, and strongly recommend others do the same.

Mr. Josh Harris did an exceptionally great at repairing our outdoor outlets. Mr. Harris made it out too our house faster than expected and was very professional and communicated with us very well. He quickly identified the problem and was very transparent and honest throughout the whole appointment. I highly recommend him and Mister Sparky for any future electrical issues.

Their customer service is positive and very friendly. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment with them, but I WILL use them in the near future. Very professional in how they handle services.

Needed an emergency electrician and Brandon came out at 9 pm and got the job done. Great job and has my recommendation.

They came right on time to give us an estimate. Needed t order parts and said it would be 2 a 3 days. After he left, he called a friend to see if they had the parts needed. They did and he called and ask if they could come back and do the work. We were thrilled. The did the work promptly and most importantly correctly. Will definitely use them again.

My wife and I needed to have a small amount of electrical work done.... she made contact with him at one of her friends home where he was doing electrical work. Very impressive. He's very reasonable !!!!! I would highly recommend him for any electrical needs you may have.

C&S Enterprises, L.L.C. has provided nothing but outstanding service for my major remodeling of my master bathroom (new walk-in shower, etc.), and some additional work in a spear bathroom. This outstanding service includes the initial visit along with the timely and responsible cost estimate by Scott and Carol. The other member of the Scott/Carol Team is Joe the construction supervisor. Joe provided the daily updates on the work and when each section would be done. His numerous times estimates were right on target. The Key construction leader was Pedro. Pedro provided the excellent work on the walk-shower and the other numerous minor project that went along with the remodeling. Pedro’s work was done to perfection. I would highly recommend C&S Enterprises to anyone who is thinking about a bathroom remodel and/or any other type of home remodeling project. Great response times, courteous staff on the phones and they are willing to work with your schedule. I called late afternoon January 8th and they were able to fit me in the next day. They came out to the residence first thing the next morning and fixed our outlet problems. Jesse was knowledgeable, courteous, fast and had great communication. I would use this company again.
