We had a wiring mess left by the previous home owners. The guys didn’t give up and worked hard to resolve the issues. After all that they came in under the estimate. Very polite and professional. We’ll definitely use All Good again!

I highly recommend this company. You don’t find honest businesses like this anymore and I’m the biggest skeptic out there. Skylar, the service professional they sent out to review my issues (no electrical working at all in my kitchen and slowly going out in other areas of my house) did a thorough inspection, provided a clear description of what was listed on the estimate and what steps I should take first to best help my situation and he was right! He replaced the ancient panel and saved me $$ and from a dangerous situation! I’ll be reaching out to them for all my electrical needs and have peace of mind knowing they are on my side.

Neat Work. Prompt serivce. Took longer than expected but work was done patiently and very nicely. Problems that were created by the work were promptly addressed. Would definitely use them again!

Corey came out after communicating his pending arrival. I needed some work done on smoke detectors and a faulty wall outlet. Corey did a great job! Very professional. He took the time to clean up as well. I highly recommend LP3 and Corey!

Jeff was amazing, he did installation of Tesla wall charger to my garage wall. Unfortunately my power meter came to the other end of the house, he has clear understanding of what needs to be done and explained me the process and performed the job very nicely and professionally. He is very polite and provided a good price.

I just bought an old house on Hausman road, and so much needs to be done ! I needed new outlets and new ceiling fans ! They helped me out and they were so understanding and had such a flexible schedule. The technician that came bye was very respectful and was super helpful in letting me know what was wrong. I recently used Big Red Electric (June/July) for some work on my commercial business and then again on my residential this past September. He did amazing work and had the cutest helper with him (his son). I asked to be quoted for a panel upgrade at my house, I needed to make sure to budget it in properly . I decided to move forward with the upgrade, called and Red was able to explain to me that due to inflation and cost of supplies rising that the quote would have to be adjusted. Being that it was over 90 days ago, I understood and agreed! I can’t imagine how hard it must be to run a small family owned business with so many changes in costs right now. He did amazing work at the house and was able to even help fix some issues we had at the panel. I’ve referred him to all my friends and family and will continue to do so.

I have used them once before and had a great experience. This time around I needed my thermostat moved from the kitchen to the living room. It only took an hour, and the guy cleaned up well afterward.

On time quality service

I had John Jones Electrical Services out to my home to install four previously-purchased exterior light fixtures. They were courteous, respectful, extremely professional, personable and friendly, and truly know their stuff. They identified some errors made in wiring and installation that had been done by a 'non-electrician' friend many years ago. They explained everything to me and discussed any issue about which I had questions. They are a local San Antonio family-owned business with deep roots in the community. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them for any future electrical service needs.

I was referred to this company through my home warranty. The entire experience was horrific. I had to call numerous times, across several days, to even get scheduled for an appointment because he was too busy or didn't have his calendar available, and then he forgot to call me back. Once I finally did get something set up (5 days after I reported the issue to the home warranty company), he was a no call/no show for my appointment. I called and texted NUMEROUS times with no answer. So here we are on day 9 of no lights in my main living areas. This company is extremely unprofessional. RUN AWAY!
