We bought an older home which needed updating. We called Bolt Electric for an estimate on the electrical work. Robert came out and gave us our estimate. He gave a great first impression with all the electrical knowledge he possessed. When we were finally ready to do the electrical work, they sent Robert again. thankfully. We had bought some smoke alarms which were not the right kind, but Robert was very patient with us and did the wiring that day to get ready for the new smoke alarms we would need to purchase. He came back another day to finish the job. It was a great experience overall, and we will have them back next time we need something electrical done.

January 2020Used to be awesome, but something changed. Had to call multiple times to schedule most recent appointment. Showed up late and unprepared for appointment, then had to reschedule. Next appointment never showed and wouldn't answer or return my phone calls.Review from 2017Professional, courteous, efficient, and the prices are extremely reasonable. What more can you ask for?

Thank you Firefly Electric!Our house recently got struck by lightning, As a precaution we wanted to get a surge protection installed, Andrew came and found out that our indoor and outdoor panel had been affected and that we should be covered when we do a claim in our homeowners insurance. He explained to us what he saw and what it meant. He took pictures of the both panel and told us that he would send us an email on what he found out which we received the same day, We sent it out to our insurance and you know what's the good thing about that? The pictures that he took, it has description on it so that the insurance would understand what it was and what it meant.After a few days, our claim got approved by the insurance. We called Firefly Electric, my husband talked to the owner Sal who is very kind and got the job scheduled.The scheduled day came where we had Joshua and Brandon, They installed what we got which is the Platinum Panel Package with 9 dual function breaker. Joshua did the outdoor panel while Brandon did the indoor panel and I would say what a superb teamwork! Remember teamwork makes the dream work! While they were doing the work I was chitchatting with them and they were really friendly yet professional.We had some issues with our homeowners insurance but we got rest assured that they are gonna help us with it which is definitely going above and beyond! I used absolute power to switch out a couple of light fixtures and I definitely recommend them! Luis and Eddy were the techs that came on site to do the job and they were great!! One of the light fixtures that we wanted replaced was in a tricky spot above the staircase, but they figured out a way to reach it and did an excellent job! They were polite, picked up after themselves, and were very careful throughout the process. They even offered to help us move some furniture while they were here as a kind favor! Reasonable prices and a job well done!

We needed a licensed electrician to come out on short notice due to meeting home inspection requirements. We had someone else lined up but they never showed or called. So our daughter had used Bell Electric spoke with Val in the past and she had great service from them. So we called them on a moments notice and they were prompt, very professional, courteous and did a great job. Andrew and Ernest were the guys that came out and they should be commended. The EB Electric Team did a great job. I've used them on 3 separate occasions and they have never disappointed. The staff is friendly and cleans us after themselves. Eric; the owner has called me directly each time to let me know the crew is on their way and they always arrive during the window they say they will. With each visit to my home, I always add extra work and they quickly give me a fair estimate and take care of it asap or if I'm short on time they schedule me when most convenient for ME!!! I met the owner on the first service call to my home and I could tell right away he takes pride in his work and goes over and above to make sure it's done right. I was in need of upgrading my panel and Brothers Electric assessed and provided a quote that was reasonable. They removed the old panel and upgraded only what needed to be upgraded, not the whole system, which would have cost much more. The owners remained in contact with me before sending the team. We just survived 4 1/2 days without electricity thanks to the generator that Solarator Installed for us several years ago. Worked without a flaw and we stayed warm and had electricity while everyone around us did not. I recommend using Solarator To install a generator for you before another outage!

Robert did a fantastic job of troubleshooting the electrical issues with the stove and water heater. He was very knowledgeable about the issues and was able to determine the exact cause of the problem.He found the breakers in the outside box for both appliances were on the same 120v leg. Once he was able to correct that issue, the water heater and stove started working again normally.He also installed a disconnect box that was missing for the water heater. He did a great job and made sure the cabling and installation was neat and tidy.Robert was very up front and honest about the costs of the service today.Robert is very good about explaining the issues and fixes for the electrical repairs made.I will be going back to Ware Electric again for future electrical needs.
