Scottin was on time, explained in detail what he was going to do, and the work was done highly satisfactorily. Second time he has been to the house - first to replace two valves on the washer, including cutting through the wall, and then repairing it beautifully and second time for a quick repair on my shower spout. From the moment the project manager Jason came to my house the job ran smooth. Dustin Bunger and his co-worker Ricky Gonzales did an amazing job installing my new heat and AC units. Hardest working pair of guys I know. Not to be outdone was Jamie Pitts along with his boss Jeff who installed my new water heater and fixed a few plumbing problems as well. absolutely awful. firstly the handyman ruined 3 drawers by drilling incorrect holes in them. after returning with the new ones, the “finished” job left 2 noticeable nicks on my pantry. one handle isn’t tightened. another handle isn’t even on one of the screws; the screw is just sticking out. i would give zero stars if possible. i cannot believe this is acceptable. please use Ace handyman services instead and save yourself the headache and money.

I went through Costco who used Parker and Sons. They installed a new HVAC system in my home. All men that worked in and outside my home were very professional and informative. I highly recommend Parker and Sons and will use them again if needed.
