We met Tommy the last day of 2019 to fix an outlet, through the recommendation of friends. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind that we kept his name. We called him again for two problems: a circuit breaker and a kitchen lamp. Tommy sent Alex, who was punctual, presentable, professional, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the lamp and found the circuit breaker had power and was ok for the time being. We were so impressed with his demeanor that we requested an estimate for the update of all outlets, lamp, and fan connections in the house and an estimate to put in a new circuit breaker. We look forward to working with Alex on these two projects, as we give him a 10 out of 10 score for excellency. Thanks to Alex and to Tommy for an impressive business.

Called 3 times and still no call back about moving an electrical line.

Daryl Forstie of Wiring Pros is the epitome of a professional. He completed two jobs for us--a panel changeout in our 34-year-old home and all electrical work on a new separate office structure on our property. We are so pleased with the quality of his work! 1) Will overcharge for parts, so be careful. Hook is the service-fee/hr.
2) Not professional at all.

They send me invoice on Thursday. I discuss their invoice on Monday mid-morning (after the weekend) and told them that I will take care of the final invoice after 1PM after my meetings. They call at exactly 1PM, I miss the call but called back within 2 minutes and by then I get a nasty threatening-text from the owner Tom (in image).

So much for 50 years of experience and no hidden charges.
