Best Sewer Line Inspection in Phoenix AZ

Mark B. performed an annual electrical inspection of my residence on 2/23/2015. A year ago he did some extensive electrical work at my residence. The service I received from him today was every bit as outstanding as the service received a year ago. Mark is very professional, experienced and courteous. He takes the time to explain in detail the work he is performing and readily answers all questions posed to him. He is a definite asset to your establishment.

Do not Trust this company. They quoted me $1400 for a fan motor on the outside unit, just had another company complete the job for $375. This is an outrageously high estimate and my belief is they wanted to push me into the bigger sale of a new unit.

Parker and Sons is amazing. When our AC went out and we called our home warranty company and they couldn't get anyone out to see us for 5 days which is an outrageous amount of time to be without AC in Arizona. I called Parker and Sons and they were able to come out same day and get our AC back up and running. I even signed up for one of their programs that will do regular maintenance on our unit and gives us 10% off any other work we might need done with plumbing. I have canceled my home warranty because I am covered by Parker and Sons now!
