My experience with Jenkins has been absolutely horrible. The communication has been spotty at best. I had water damage to my bathroom ceiling that required the replacement of one piece of drywall. This happened in July and is still not fixed. Today, their contractor sent out to repair my drywall showed up without any of the materials on the repair quote (beyond the drywall). When I noticed the company installing the drywall without insulation and challenged them, instead of installing new insulation (as quoted) they ripped up old insulation from another part of my house and tried to use that until I stopped them. They also used scrap wood from my fence to construct supports for the drywall.

Now I need to have another company come in and rip out what they did and do it the right way. What an absolute waste of everyone's time.

Great techs & service! On the pricey side, but garbage disposal was installed within hours of my call. Techs were great!

Charged over $7k to remove Sheetrock that had fallen from hurricane Laura. Didn’t do what they said they would do. No mold remediation. No fans. No treatment. No blowers. Nothing. In and out in less than an hour. Had to pay another company to come in and remove remaining Sheetrock, insulation etc. out of pocket.
Total scamming, storm chasing company.

Scheduled and completed work in a timely fashion, No problems, and they were friendly and professional during the whole process. Would recommend to family. Took care of the water/mold problems so we could move on with our lives. Hope you don’t have water problems, but if you do, All Dry can help you out. Was around 2 weeks from initial inquiry/call to project completion/payment
