Best Repairs Electrical Troubleshooting in Phoenix AZ

The experience did not start out well. Simple Electric gave a 2 hour window to show up and was 15 minutes past the window. Not the end of the world but I was irritated. Bryce showed up and apologized that his last appointment went longer than expected. Super nice and respectful. He looked at my fixture in the front of our house and the wire was broken right next to the connection. Didn't think he could fix it but it's a 23 year old fixture that would cost a lot to replace both. He said he would try. He was able to fix it, saving me a lot of money. We had both our lights out in our garage and he could have fixed those but also being 23 years old, likely to break again and the new LED fixtures were inexpensive. Again, great advice. Bryce was Awesome and he is coming back to install the new lights. Goes to show, it's not how it started but Ended Great!

I called them because my GFI in the kitchen blew, I thought I could replace it myself, but it didn't work. He came out and told me that I had my wires crossed. He charged me nothing for the inspection, but offered to fix it for me. Very courteous and professional. Will use again and recommend to anyone who needs electrical help.

WOW! From the jump, excellent customer service and response time. Estimate for 3 outlets, wall sconce, bathroom lighting, bedroom ceiling lighting and correction to previous install missing equipment. Kitchen fan replacement that Charles explained to me on the estimate exactly what I needed and why. They converted 2 bathroom 3 switch outlets to 2 switch outlets and... willing to come back again to finish up installing a new cooktop and replacement of outside panel. They NAILED it!
