I called Starlight after having a fire in my Electrical panel. I spoke with Michael he was able to give me a quote quickly over the phone by just sending him the pictures of our damaged electrical panel where other companies wanted to come out and charged us a service fee ($200-$250) for inspection prior to giving us a quote. Prior to speaking with Starlight we had another company inspect the panel and confirmed we needed a full replacement, they were going to charged us DOUBLE the price that Michael quoted us. I have to admit I was very skeptical of Starlight at first due to the price difference but after the continuous prompt response from Michael I knew he was the guy for the job! He communicated all the details including getting the permit from the city, when APS was going to cut our power and estimate time of when the job will be completed, which by the way he did 3 hours ahead of given time! He was very professional, yet friendly, cleaned out all the materials, even the tiny styrofoams! We are definitely very thankful for the amazing job he did! I’m glad to now have a go to company that we can trust for any electrical jobs in the future!

SECOND UPDATE. Our home required an additional need for a professional, licensed electrician due to a new equipment purchase. As hard as the vendor tried to scare us into using their electrician, I kindly and repeatedly passed on their scare tactics and called the ONLY electrician that any homeowner should use, TAB Electric.

TAB Electric provided me with a timely and fair quotation for my service needs. Their communication was spot on and pro active. Their work IMPECCABLE (Thank you Eric and Team). I have walked to the side of my house just to admire their work since being completed its that good. Each time I find something I missed with their attention detail.

Their work is meticulous, clean and per NEC Code. They are experts and live by the Golden Rule, treat others how you would want to treated. I cannot say enough good things about TAB Electric. I highly encourage any anxiety filled, perfectionist like myself or any rational person to call Tom and his company. He takes great pride in providing a high level service and professional services.

As a 15 year homeowner, I have had the opportunity to utilize a lot of different contractor services for my residence. TAB Electric exceeded my expectations in every way possible. If you are in a hurry, stop reading and call them immediately for help. They provided the most professional and wonderful experience I could have hoped and then some!

My initial call was on a Saturday afternoon, expecting a voice mail, I actually spoke with a live human. Mary was professional and very helpful. She scheduled an appointment and thanked me for my business. Fast forward to today. For the first time in 15 years I had a contractor show up early! 45 minutes early. I was so thankful and astounded. They had me at hello its Kevin your electrician. I am early but I wanted to let you know I am outside. Please take your time and come out when you are ready.

Kevin and I walked the job setting the expectations of the project. He then stated Tom the owner was working the project with him today. The team was great. Tom is very respectful, kind and absolutely has your best interest in mind. Kevin is knowledgeable, polite and will to go the extra mile to make sure the work is done correctly and conforms with NEC code.The work was completed exactly as the expectation, the team was neat, timely and completed per code. They are truly experts at what they do.

I am updating my review. Turn it On's owner called me about the one star review. He apologized for the no-shows and agreed that was unacceptable. He asked I give them an opportunity to make it right and offered the same $60 as before. I agreed to try.

Pablo and Carlos arrived on time at 6am. They we're friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The worked for a couple of hours and fixed all the issues I had

I'm changing my review to 3 stars. Can't go higher after 2 missed appointments but would use them again. I would stress the importance of showing up or calling, but I would try them

FIRST POST
Turn it on came highly recommended from a trusted friend. However they did not come through. I made an appointment that was to be between 8 am and 11 am. At 11:30 I called and was told there had been an emergency and they would be, at best, late afternoon. He also said he was, at that time, onroute to the emergency. I communicated my displeasure. I got a call from another tech that said he could be here in 30 minutes. He can and completed, what turned out to be a very simple un-needed repair but could did not have the supplies to complete the other 4 small jobs. He took pictures and notes and said he would call me the next day. I never see or here from him again

Two weeks later I get a bill for $150. I responded with my displeasure that I had not received services as promised and had lost money taking time away from work to make the appointment.

Several days later I get a call from sales person. He says he is sorry the did not perform. He agrees to withdraw the bill. And offers a $60 credit if I would give them another chance. So I did. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Today was the 2nd appointment scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10am. At 10:15 I get a call stating the tech was behind and could he arrive between 2 and 4. I said no and ask how they even stay in business.

If I could give less than one star I would.

Not sure if the electrician was having a bad day but because his schedule didn't work for an afternoon or weekend appointment due to me working days I was immediately hung up on and told that my work order with my insurance company would be cancelled. Unfortunately, the customer service was not there with this company and in this line of business that's key for me.

Its the middle of summer and half the power in our house suddenly stopped working, including the air conditioning. I called 9 different electricians this morning and only Phoenix Electricians called me back. They showed up quick and determined it to be a problem with SRP but if they hadn’t been so quick to respond I’d have been waiting all day for some random electrician to call me back instead of getting on SRP about the problem. The electrician even called them for me to explain the problem to them. Highly recommended.

I hired Econolight to perform the electrical on a whole house remodel. Brian worked closely with me to develop the scope of work. Econolight arrived on the day scheduled with a crew of five to complete the entire rough in work in one day. On arrival, Jay worked with each team member to develop an organized work plan. The crew worked effectively and professionally. They were polite and pleasant. Econolight arrived in fully stocked vans with most materials required for the project. Their scope of work included new circuits to bring kitchen and baths to code, recessed lighting throughout, relocation of outlets as required, improved switching, and ceiling fans in most rooms. At the end of the work they fully cleaned up all work areas. When the time came for trim out they again were on schedule and prepared to complete the project. The Econolight team were respectful of painted and finnished surfaces to protect them from damage. They verified all circuitry and proper operation of all components.
I highly recommend Econolight for any electrial work!

I just moved in to my new house (fixer-upper to say the least) and needed a Contractor that new what he was doing. You don't run into companies like this one often. One of my friends down the street owns a yoga studio and has run into issues with the electrical system. She called an electrician and they wanted 7,000 for the job. I told her to get a second opinion and gave her Wahlborg's number. He came in and fixed the problem for less than 300 dollars. She then called me to say thank you for giving her AJ's number. This is the type of company that's honest and is there to take care of the customer. In this day and age that's tough to find. I love working for canyon state electric! They are a family oriented company that has been in biz for 40 yrs and counting! They have many small perks that separate them from the competition! For example, monthly lunches brought out by the office staff! A couple events we have throughtout the year are, employee appreciation day and family picnic day. We have lots of work so no down time or layoffs! A huge plus in the construction industry! I strongly recommend CSE as your next employer!!

Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

We knew we had problems with our old circuit breaker box. After calling around and getting some very high estimates we found Meade Electrical Services. Dominick said that while replacing it was an option, the box wasn't the problem and updating the breakers would resolve everything. The next day he replaced all circuit breakers and cleaned everything up inside. Looks great, problem fixed, saved us thousands of dollars. Highly recommended electrician in Mesa.

Called to schedule an appointment for outlet installation which was easy and he was very informative but when it came time for the work to be done he didn't show up on the schedule day and when I tried to reach out to him his phone was either off or I was blocked. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment just sitting around before i had to schedule another election 2 weeks out. So a month just waiting

Alex from Barone Electric came out 45 minutes after i called them. He found the reason my bathroom light-switch was shocking my kids and fixed it within an hour. He cleaned up his mess, was respectful while walking me through the problem and made sure i was 100% satisfied before he left. I will use Barone electric whenever I need an electrician.
