Its the middle of summer and half the power in our house suddenly stopped working, including the air conditioning. I called 9 different electricians this morning and only Phoenix Electricians called me back. They showed up quick and determined it to be a problem with SRP but if they hadn’t been so quick to respond I’d have been waiting all day for some random electrician to call me back instead of getting on SRP about the problem. The electrician even called them for me to explain the problem to them. Highly recommended.

I had what I thought to be a simple problem with a GFCI; but it happened at my rental house and on a Sunday Afternoon. I needed somebody knowledgeable to fix what I couldn't figure out and needed it done today. I found Meade Electric online; Tony answered right away and said he could stop by in an hour, he was there in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about trouble shooting my problem, very professional, and very courteous. He figured it out and had it solved in 15 minutes. Hagarty Electric were the sub-contractors when I had my house built. I paid for a 240V SPA circuit and they installed it. When it was time to build a pool the pool contractor also used Hagarty Electric to make the connections. At first they made the necessary short run connections to the SPA circuit but when it came time to hook things up they refused citing that if they did they would have to own the original connection from the mains panel to the SPA circuit (which they already did own since they did the work). I had to hire an attorney to go after the pool contractor and eventually Hagarty Electric made the connections at the SPA circuit. Both Hagarty and the Pool contractor just wanted more money. In the end they ran a 2nd line from the mains panel to the SPA circuit, installed a junction box and had a continuous connection to the sub-panel at their cost.

I have worked with Tom Buehler for about 10 years on numerous projects. Watt Masters recently performed a critical new generator install and move of existing generator at the same time for me for the same client (Local Fire Department), as usual, they adhered to the design/construction and installed and moved generator(s) flawlessly, and ahead of schedule. Very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them for any job.

UPDATED review: We were contacted by this business to reschedule and complete the previously discussed work. The two technicians that came out were skilled and very professional. The new light fixtures look great and the guys were able to move a ceiling light and install a fan instead. The requested new power outlet was installed perfectly too. The 4-star review is due to lack of timely communication and the multiple last-minute reschedules. The quality of the work was great otherwise. [][][][][]

[I contacted this business to help us replace some light fixtures/ceiling fan and install a new power outlet for a TV mount. The gentleman I spoke with over the phone was polite and happy to schedule us. The evening before the agreed-upon day of service, he contacted me and said they need to reschedule for another day since they were having issues with their work van. I appreciated the notice and we agreed that he would call me the next day (Tuesday) to set a new time... and then he never did. I messaged him on Wed to try and schedule and we eventually agreed on Friday at 8am. I am typing this review on said Friday at 9:30am - no one showed up and no response by text to my question if the appt is still valid for this morning. I am very disappointed at this rude treatment and the lack of reliability. We thought we were being flexible and understanding, yet we ended with no service and not enough time to get the job done before the upcoming holiday with another company. ]
